Glad to receive the excellent Neocutis products at a good price. A recent product I received had a broken pump that would not dispense the product at all; I'm moderately happy with the customer service response. They sent a return label and will refund the product. I would have preferred they send a replacement. Right now I'm rustling up a box and packaging the item, trying to find time to go by USPS to send it. So it's been a mild hassle for me just to get my refund.
