You need to ship the orders with the Post Office. Mine arrived a week later than the ship date. I had to write several notes to it found. It arrived in a beat up box with all sorts of marking on it. I worry that it sat in a hot truck for a week. When I tried to use the tracking system it just said package not received for shipping yet or similar to that. The products are NOT cheap and do say they shouldn't be stored in high temperature. The post office, at least in our area, is so unreliable!!!

I contacted My Health Market’ 2 times regarding cancelling this item. I received the item and have not opened it. I would like to return it now. Please let me know how I can do that. Return authorization? If customer service would have contacted me, I would not have had to put this in a review.

One product is defective. Pump does not work. I took pictures of the eye cream and bill. Sent twice to you but do response from you🥲🥹. I request you check your email and send a replacement product. Ruthanne.randolph@verizon.net

I normally have a good experience with this company. Not this time, I got this servy before I got the product and the product would not pump out the eye cream. I had to pry the top off so I can use the eye cream

I received my shipment, however the eye cream pump is not working and will not disperse cream. I contacted customer service two days ago and have not received a reply. This happened once before as well. Love the product but something is wrong with the pumps for the eye cream or there is no cream in them, one or the other. Hassle to return defective product and have run out of product with nothing to replace with. Thank you

My Health Market took five days to even mail my order. This is unacceptable. I contacted them about it and never received a response. Even for this review I tried giving them two stars but it would not let me leave a low score.

Either the bottle is empty or the pump doesn’t work. I can’t get any product out. I sent an email several days ago and haven’t gotten a response. Please help.

This is the 3rd of 4th time I've ordered your product, and this is the 2nd time I've had to return it because the pump was not operative. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating. Somehow, the product needs to be tested before packaged and shipped. I returned the product the other day and am now waiting for a new item. I will say that the customer service has been outstanding. After my initial email, I received a response and a return label almost immediately. No complaints there.

The Neocutis cream I purchased has very little product in it. It barely comes out of the container when pump it. This is a ripoff.

My apologies Vivian but Neocutis has changed their packaging as well as the description on most of their items but without changing the formula.I am sorry for the confusion
