This is the 3rd of 4th time I've ordered your product, and this is the 2nd time I've had to return it because the pump was not operative. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating. Somehow, the product needs to be tested before packaged and shipped. I returned the product the other day and am now waiting for a new item.
I will say that the customer service has been outstanding. After my initial email, I received a response and a return label almost immediately. No complaints there.
