I use a variety of Neocutis products & like them. I recently received the products for order #21637. The bottle of Neocutis Micro-Eyes Riche eye cream is defective. The internal cylinder (containing product) was detached from the external container. It doesn’t seem like that should impact the ability to dispense product from the smaller cylinder, but all pumping action failed to dispense product. Makes me wonder if this particular unit missed the product filling stage in the assembly process?? Is it possible to get a replacement for this unit?
