I have ordered from this site a few times. The deliveries have been as promised. There was a packaging change in one of the products I ordered and they called me to alert me to the change in advance of sending. I was very appreciative of the call. Their customer service is EXCELLENT and should be what we expect from all vendors but unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be a standard that all companies provide. Highly recommend.
