Very good customer services, eager to please, very helpful and understanding. When I accidentally purchased a DNA kit (already had results from another company that could be used for MtHeritage without having to buy another kit), they were very prompt in issuing a full refund.
They also respond to 'phone calls after only one 'menu' item with a real person who is able to help with technical issues etc very efficiently.
