“They took money out of my account even though I had only used the free trial time. They did it in 2024 originally £120, then again a year later although I hadn't been on the site at all this year. Dont use this website. I certainly would not recommend it.”
“This company hides a subscription behind the purchase of your kit. They don't tell you about the subscription anywhere until you get charge after the classic 'first month free trial'. Then it's 114£ suddenly out of your pocket with no warning. Stay away from this scam.”
“Very good customer services, eager to please, very helpful and understanding. When I accidentally purchased a DNA kit (already had results from another company that could be used for MtHeritage without having to buy another kit), they were very prompt in issuing a full refund.
They also respond to 'phone calls after only one 'menu' item with a real person who is able to help with technical issues etc very efficiently.”
