This service is terrible. I bought the ticket in March 2022, and avia company cancelled the flight. I asked to refund my money - and the confirm than they will do it Bun in fact during 6 month i had more than 70 emails and about 5 calls, and i still did not get my money. They answered the same letters - "We are working on it" but in fact i did not get any real information when and how i can get my money back. Im going to connect with police and lower
