This is the worst place to make a booking. They advertise low prices and tell you they can’t make a booking because the fare went up. I told the agent Shubham Verma to book morning flights from SAfairwhich were available and he kept sending me other flights with different times and claimed he couldn’t see the available flights on his end. He later initiated the refund without my consent and told me to make the booking myself, which was to reflect after 48 hours, leaving me stranded because I needed to be on that flight that morning. Worst experience!

Review of Myholidays I had a disappointing experience with [Travel Agency Name]. I requested a flight change over 6 hours before departure, but my agent directed me to the airline, which then informed me they couldn’t assist because the booking was through the agency. The lack of support was frustrating and unhelpful. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

I would never book an airline ticket through Myholidays.com again. My booking reference is MHF241631099. I booked a flight for my family and paid extra for a flexible ticket, which was advertised as helping save money on changing travel dates or canceling the ticket without a cancellation fee. At no point did I request a non-refundable ticket, and nowhere on their website did it indicate that I was booking one. When I later requested to cancel the ticket, they informed me that I would only receive AED 110 as a refund, despite paying AED 1307.57 for the ticket. When I asked to change the travel date instead, they quoted me AED 845 to do so, while booking a new ticket directly through the airline for the same date would only cost AED 1100. This is clearly a dishonest practice, and I feel completely misled by their so-called "flexible ticket" policy. I strongly advise others to avoid booking with them.

BE CAREFULL AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!!!!!! We recently had a terrible experience with this company. We booked a flight through their website, thinking we were getting a good deal, only to find out that we were completely scammed. We completed the booking, and we got a confirmation states that we will receive the e-tickets in 2 hours’ time and that did never happen. It was nearly impossible to reach any of their customer service agent, and when we finally did, they were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. And they informed us that our seats are not confirmed, and we need to pay extra money to get them on the same travel date. We were really budgeting tightly and have paid fully our stay in the destination, and it was not refundable, so to avoid more loss we were obliged to pay the extra requested amount to release our tickets. Moreover, and this is the most important issue, that since I entered my credit card details in their web, I started receiving security alerts from my bank about several attempts to make a suspicious transaction using my card. And the bank had to block my card due to that. It was extremely stressful and tense specially while we were traveling and counting on that credit card. THEY DID REALLY RUINED OUR TRIP, A COMPLETE CHEATERS.

They are always doing this first they ask you less amount later they will make something up and ask you for more money such a big scam they doing all the time anyways this was the last time I'm booking and I advise people never book from them they are fraud and doing the scams all the time

Paid out the nose for a 1 week trip to Fiji. Was meant to be all inclusive - meal package, flights, transfers, accommodation etc. Unfortunately they did not attach the meal package to our booking when sending through to the resort. The result was I was overcharged more than $700 for meals and now a week later MyFiji / MyHoliday and the resort are just blaming one another for the mistake and both are refusing to refund me claiming it's the others responsibility to do. I thought the whole point of booking through an agency was so they stepped in and took care of mistakes or issues that came up?? Not so in this case. On top of numerous emails, this week I have called customer service 3 times and every time they flat out will refuse to just put me on the phone with the agent I've been emailing who is supposedly "getting it sorted". Instead they put me through 15 mins of questions and long holds so they can "look into the matter" before telling me to ring the resort myself and speak to them about it because it's not their problem. On top of this when we went to leave the resort on our final morning there we also found out our return transfers were not booked - no boat back to the mainland and no transfer to the airport. We were just lucky the island staff felt sorry for us and agreed to let us on board the boat with the rest of our family who did have tickets. I understand mistakes happen and I'm not an unreasonable person. I agreed to pay the tab under the advisement that it would be sorted the next business day as soon as the resort and agency could communicate. I have itinerary proving the booking we made included all of the above and was paid in full prior to our trip. Everyone acknowledges this and that I am owed the refund. But the run around now, the refusal after an entire week to refund the money, the pass the buck mentality, the customer service staff who just read off scripts and don't even listen to you, the refusal to ever allow you to speak to the same person twice... It is so incredibly unprofessional. They were more than happy to push us for a 10k payment 18 months before the trip even happened to secure our booking but now they don't want any of the responsibility cleaning up the mess they made of the bookings.

They are complete scammers. Once ticket is booked they don’t help in any kind of changes like rescheduling and cancellation. If you have booked tickets through them stick to the dates or forget your money. Pathetic response on emails and calls. This company should be shut down. Terrible experience with their customer care.

Please stop this website. It’s a total scam. They have a pattern of indicating low fares. You pay they collect the money, never send you the ticket then they send you a message that they have higher rate. Their activity should be stop. Such website shouldNT be allowed to operate. I am not sure they are based in Qatar because Qatar usually don’t let this kind of business operate on their name on their territory. I was based in Qatar for over 20 years and business are well controlled. It’s totally SHAME

Had to change flights (due to airline not me) told I would get a full refund. 12 weeks later promised it was done. No money. Over 30 emails later 2 seperate transfers done and still $300 short. Ive never worked so hard to get my own money back. Promised each email that finance had transferred, they had not. Finally 4 months later the last $300 is done. Not an experience I would ever repeat and would urge anyone else to avoid.

Very bad experience, The policy of the company is very bad when we buy tickets there is lot of hidden charges and in refund also they are deducting 40 % please do not book tickets from this company

Un site bien peu recommandable et c'est un euphémisme. je leur ai acheté un vol Marseille->St Petersburg le 16 avril. La compagnie est Air Algérie. Muni de mon numéro de réservation, je vais sur le site d'Air Algérie et constate qu'il n'y apparaît que le vol Marseille->Alger. Je contacte donc Myholidays.com qui me répond que le vol Alger->St Petersburg a été annulé, puis que je vais être remboursé mais que 60 USD ne sont pas remboursables. Après réclamation, ils me répondent qu'à titre commercial, ils me rembourseront une dizaine de dollars de plus. Puis silence radio...Pas de remboursement. Après quelques relances, ils finissent par me répondre que je ne serai pas remboursé, car soit-disant j'aurais modifié mon vol auprès d'Air Algérie, ce qui est totalement faux. Bref, si vous avez un problème avec cette compagnie, n'espérez aucune aide de leur part. Ils garderont tout simplement votre argent. Bref, il s'agit d'une escroquerie !

Scam, Scam, Scam, I am approaching the Dubai Consumer protection court. They put cheap tickets on website and then take your money then call you back after 2 hours to say this is not valid. so this is the jist 1. misleading information 2. scamming to just take money and later ay that oh we will give you complete refund. 3. then call you up and threaten to accept the refund. Scam, Scam, Scam, Scam See you in court.

I booked a flight for 2300 SAR, but at checkout, I was charged 2600 SAR. After hours of inquiry, they canceled my reservation and demanded an additional 1900 SAR to proceed with the same flight. Unable to afford the extra cost, my holiday plans were ruined. Additionally, I lost all the money paid for accommodation, car rental, driver services for a week, visa fees, and more.

BiiiiiiiiiG Indian Scammers, Guys be aware before booking the flights with MY HOLIDAYS, they get you trapped by showing low fare, if you travel with the booking you would be lucky, but God forbid if you need to cancel the ticket you will get penny or may be max 21$. I booked the ticket for my family for around 1200 QAR in emergency as i lost the job, however my company extended 1 more month so i need to cancel the ticket, While booking the ticket it was clearly mentioned in BOLD Letters REFUNDABLE, so i booked the ticket with MY Holidays, after cancelling they will send the consent mail to accept the refund of 21$ and when you ask for clarity they will not mention clearly and will make you round, as you cannot expect refund of 21$ for 328 $Tickets and by the way i cancelled the booking atleast 8 days before the departure ,when i visited their office they say their office is only to collect the money and they will not allow anyone to meet in office they will say our all services are online and they will deal only over the call from Noida (India). When i mentioned that the ticket was refundable they say Yes we gave refund of 21$ which means the refund could also be 1$ haha what a way to get the people book your refundable ticket.i asked the name of the guy he mentioned Vaibhav when asked for full name he refused, Finally i asked them to share me the cacellation charges details from Airline he said will send me over the email which he never send. This is my Booking ref number - MHF241566978.

My holidays is doing fraudulent service. I booked a ticket to Dubai and cancelled the same within 48 hours. The airline' cancellation charges is only 240 AED, but My Holidays took AED 200 as cancellation charges. They sent mail the refund will reach me in 8 weeks. When we asked for the reason, nobody answer me properly. They are scammers. Don't book tickets here.

I had booked a flight for my wife for Jan 18th. Unfortunately her father passed away and I had to book another flight next day. I called myholidays and explained the situation they sent me an email since this was non refundable we cannot issue the refund. I called in again the next day and advised them of the situation that my wife has already left and still 20 days for the departure I would like to cancel the ticket. They advised me to send the death certificate which I did and it’s been 2 months I have not even heard back from them. What kind of service do you provide. I looked at some other websites and checked in case of death of immediate family member, they will gladly process the refunds. We are talking about $2000 which I am paying interest every month. Hoping someone will call us.
