I usually find travel planning stressful, but Myholidays changed that. They were super helpful and really listened to what I wanted in a vacation. The whole trip went off without a hitch, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. It was just the relaxing break I needed.

Myholidays made planning my trip so easy and enjoyable. They gave great suggestions based on what I wanted and stayed in touch the whole time. Everything—from flights to hotel—was exactly what I expected. It felt like a personalized service without the extra cost

Everything was planned on spot. There is nothing negative I can write. The sales team is very supportive. I had faced numerous problems while boarding and in hotels also, but my assigned agent was always there to support and solve issues. Three cheers to him and the company. Would recommet people.

I've had a great experience with myholidays. I had booked my package to Georgia with them. Turst me they are very good at what they do and consistently go out of their way to be helpful. Their service is reliable, and they always provide the necessary items or support on time. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. Highly recommended to fellow travelers!

I lost more than 6 hours tried to book and more than hour calling call center to just doing a booking deduct the money and after that thay told ticket not available, this the worst site for booking

This is the worst place to make a booking. They advertise low prices and tell you they can’t make a booking because the fare went up. I told the agent Shubham Verma to book morning flights from SAfairwhich were available and he kept sending me other flights with different times and claimed he couldn’t see the available flights on his end. He later initiated the refund without my consent and told me to make the booking myself, which was to reflect after 48 hours, leaving me stranded because I needed to be on that flight that morning. Worst experience!

Review of Myholidays I had a disappointing experience with [Travel Agency Name]. I requested a flight change over 6 hours before departure, but my agent directed me to the airline, which then informed me they couldn’t assist because the booking was through the agency. The lack of support was frustrating and unhelpful. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

I would never book an airline ticket through Myholidays.com again. My booking reference is MHF241631099. I booked a flight for my family and paid extra for a flexible ticket, which was advertised as helping save money on changing travel dates or canceling the ticket without a cancellation fee. At no point did I request a non-refundable ticket, and nowhere on their website did it indicate that I was booking one. When I later requested to cancel the ticket, they informed me that I would only receive AED 110 as a refund, despite paying AED 1307.57 for the ticket. When I asked to change the travel date instead, they quoted me AED 845 to do so, while booking a new ticket directly through the airline for the same date would only cost AED 1100. This is clearly a dishonest practice, and I feel completely misled by their so-called "flexible ticket" policy. I strongly advise others to avoid booking with them.

BE CAREFULL AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!!!!!! We recently had a terrible experience with this company. We booked a flight through their website, thinking we were getting a good deal, only to find out that we were completely scammed. We completed the booking, and we got a confirmation states that we will receive the e-tickets in 2 hours’ time and that did never happen. It was nearly impossible to reach any of their customer service agent, and when we finally did, they were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. And they informed us that our seats are not confirmed, and we need to pay extra money to get them on the same travel date. We were really budgeting tightly and have paid fully our stay in the destination, and it was not refundable, so to avoid more loss we were obliged to pay the extra requested amount to release our tickets. Moreover, and this is the most important issue, that since I entered my credit card details in their web, I started receiving security alerts from my bank about several attempts to make a suspicious transaction using my card. And the bank had to block my card due to that. It was extremely stressful and tense specially while we were traveling and counting on that credit card. THEY DID REALLY RUINED OUR TRIP, A COMPLETE CHEATERS.

They are always doing this first they ask you less amount later they will make something up and ask you for more money such a big scam they doing all the time anyways this was the last time I'm booking and I advise people never book from them they are fraud and doing the scams all the time

Paid out the nose for a 1 week trip to Fiji. Was meant to be all inclusive - meal package, flights, transfers, accommodation etc. Unfortunately they did not attach the meal package to our booking when sending through to the resort. The result was I was overcharged more than $700 for meals and now a week later MyFiji / MyHoliday and the resort are just blaming one another for the mistake and both are refusing to refund me claiming it's the others responsibility to do. I thought the whole point of booking through an agency was so they stepped in and took care of mistakes or issues that came up?? Not so in this case. On top of numerous emails, this week I have called customer service 3 times and every time they flat out will refuse to just put me on the phone with the agent I've been emailing who is supposedly "getting it sorted". Instead they put me through 15 mins of questions and long holds so they can "look into the matter" before telling me to ring the resort myself and speak to them about it because it's not their problem. On top of this when we went to leave the resort on our final morning there we also found out our return transfers were not booked - no boat back to the mainland and no transfer to the airport. We were just lucky the island staff felt sorry for us and agreed to let us on board the boat with the rest of our family who did have tickets. I understand mistakes happen and I'm not an unreasonable person. I agreed to pay the tab under the advisement that it would be sorted the next business day as soon as the resort and agency could communicate. I have itinerary proving the booking we made included all of the above and was paid in full prior to our trip. Everyone acknowledges this and that I am owed the refund. But the run around now, the refusal after an entire week to refund the money, the pass the buck mentality, the customer service staff who just read off scripts and don't even listen to you, the refusal to ever allow you to speak to the same person twice... It is so incredibly unprofessional. They were more than happy to push us for a 10k payment 18 months before the trip even happened to secure our booking but now they don't want any of the responsibility cleaning up the mess they made of the bookings.
