I placed a order for wet cat food on a Monday and I also paid for next day delivery.
I messaged on Wednesday evening to see if my order was on the way and i was told it would get to me by Friday. I asked the online chat person (Sal) to cancel the order.
He told me to email info@myhungrypet.co.uk to cancel my order to get a refund.
Instead my order was still delivered.
