“First order took three weeks to dispatch after I chased it everyday, gave benefit of doubt, thought might be busy period so placed second order placed three weeks ago and not even dispatched yet, will never use again. Never had such poor service in all years I've ordered dog food.”

“Terrible company, DO NOT ORDER......ordered pond pellets on 23 April now 12 May....nothing !!! Have emailed ...no response......phone calls ....not answered..... Unfortunately I paid by card , not PayPal.......never again ....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!”

“DO NOT buy from here! I placed an order for £91.00 of dog food with a 3-5 working day delivery. 3 weeks later, 4 emails and two live chat (no response form anyone) still no dog food. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and have been refunded. They are robbers!!”

“I placed an order for a bag of horse feed on 16 March but the order remains unfulfilled. I have tried contacting the company on numerous occasions via the online chat, email and telephone but have had no response from customer services. My money was taken on the day the order was placed. This is the worst experience I have had ordering online and can only imagine that something fundamental has happened to the Myhungrypet company as reviews from over 2 months ago seemed to be OK; if a customer had had a problem with their order, customer services seemed to reach out via this review platform. This is not the case now. From my own experience I would not recommend ordering from this company.”

“My order took ages to come.The box it was delivered in was crushed and so was 1 of my boxes of cat pouches.They had fallen out and there are 6 missing.I have had NO reply on emails and NO reply on their chat !!”

“Had to approach bank for refund after my delivery of food was over a week late. I buy roughly £120-£150 of dog food every month. First order seemed OK although it arrived on two seperate days. Second one went by with no communication, the order sat on awaiting fulfillment for over a week. Tried mailing a few times to ask what was happening, via their chat and insta. Mailed to cancel repeat subscription no answer. So had to approach the bank and be refunded via that.”

“The order is now 5 working days late. The phone rings once and then rings off. I have been on their live chat 3 times but you only receive the first electronic message saying someone will be with you shortly but no one is ever there. I have emailed twice, no response. This company is a joke, avoid at all cost.”

“Never again will i be ordering from these again its been 2 weeks since i placed a order of 80 pound for cat food cat litter they told me i would recieve tracking last friday delivery by saturday ive sent loads of messages and they havint got the decency to get back to me disgusting avoid these”
