“Delivery a few days later than planned but otherwise, perfect. Not sure who delivered, but it was left considerately, thank you.”

“Apart from being nearly a week later than advised DPD your chosen delivery service delivered my order to a neighbour and not to my address to my preferred safe place i.e my shed!! After a hard day's work l don't expect to have to go knocking on doors to find my package. I hope you will forward this to DPD!! Gill Waldron”

“Some issues after ordering but ultimately was rectified. Lessons have hopefully been learnt as customer service is key! Staff did go out of their way to make sure I got my order and compensated. Would return again on this basis. Product was perfect.”
