Had to approach bank for refund after my delivery of food was over a week late. I buy roughly £120-£150 of dog food every month. First order seemed OK although it arrived on two seperate days. Second one went by with no communication, the order sat on awaiting fulfillment for over a week. Tried mailing a few times to ask what was happening, via their chat and insta. Mailed to cancel repeat subscription no answer. So had to approach the bank and be refunded via that.
