Never had issues before but this time paid express delivery of 1-2 days Wednesday night 29/3/23), knew nothing would get dispatched then but thoughy by Friday (31/3/23) would at least be dispatched. Tried emailing for 2 days and live chat to see when item will be delivered. No responses at all. Cant get in touch with anyone over a £54 order that just isnt progressing. Have put in for bank chargeback as no joy hearing back off the company.
