The process is very confusing.
It's hard to understand exactly what you need to send IEE in order to get an evaluation.
So I reached out to the chat support, and they told me hard-copies for my transcripts were needed. Then I reached out to support by email, and they told me the opposite.
I'm glad I didn't have to mail in anything, eventually, but it was a headache.
