“IEE was chosen from the list of recommended evaluators because of their price. Their service did not disappoint. I was contacted soon after I placed the order and they were willing to help with any queries I had. There were unexpected delays in my transcript getting to them. I placed the order in October and the transcript didn't get there until the following March! I did not need to call to remind them or anything. I was not charged anything more. Just four days after the courier sent delivery email, IEE had completed my evaluation and sent it to the professional agency. I recommend them.”

“Overall I had a good experience using IEE. I'm satisfied with my evaluation. I had a positive experience with the customer service. However, I did have issues with the website not loading when i tried ordering an extra copy of my evaluation.”

“Dear IEE Organization, Several years ago, you evaluated and summarized my Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Evangelical Theological College of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. At that time, you concluded that my degree was equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Science from an accredited university in the United States. However, I noticed discrepancies in a recent evaluation, where it was stated that my degree was equivalent to a non-accredited theological Bachelor’s degree in the U.S. This inconsistency is concerning, as the institution I attended was established by British and North American missionaries and was accredited by the African Theological Seminary. I respectfully request that when conducting evaluations, a thorough examination of the institution’s background and accreditation status is conducted. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
