“Order process and documents submission seems to be straight forward. However would like to say IEE need to be aware that though evaluations are for US equivalence, processes and terms that exist in other countries will be different so this needs to be factered in and be mindful of. For example, in the the US there's accredidtion. In other countries there may be the term registration. The difference in that should be accounted for. It would be unfair for a cookie cutter approach being used and applied to situations where another term is used that essentially means the same thing or of similar application. An individual could be denied equivalence or a full evaluation becuase of a flawed approach. Also, it also must be understood that educationals systems and processes accrosss other countries will be differrent and should be accounted for. It's unfair to ask for something that only exist in America even though other countries may have similar processes or systems but goes by a different name. An example I can think of is of course College English 101. In America it may be English Composition 101. Essentially the same course with different title. Lastly, should be something in place to allow for a customer to elaborate on their situation if further details are needed to help understand thier situation. Saying a person need to provide this or that is one thing, but sometimes a cold email doesn't do justice to calrify thier situation. A human person would be great once the process has started and furthur details or claridfication is needed to be given. I think IIE process is straight forward and helpful, but must not allow a cookie cutter approach to miss other elements that may prove valuable in evaluating transcripts for other countries. “I have had a very poor experience so far. Your team informed me that they were unable to access the university website and rejected the evaluation on that basis, even though the website was functioning correctly. No alternative communication method was attempted until I escalated the issue myself. Overall, the service and processes in place are inadequate, with no backup communication channel to contact or verify information directly with the source universities. I also received incorrect information from customer service, with no clear resolution or escalation options available. This has caused unnecessary frustration, delays in the process, and potentially jeopardises the success of a customer’s application due to slow response and resolution times.”

“I didn't find the evaluation team competent enough to do the evaluation. In my case the evaluation team wasn't even aware of one of my professional qualification and they asked wrong document 2 times, I then explained the structure of the qualification over a 15-20 mins call and after the call even the evaluation team granted training credit which is absolutely weird. I reiterate the evaluation team lacks capability and basic understanding of the qualifications they are evaluating. Further, the evaluation team didn't award credit for additional qualification that I obtained in 2021 citing a very generic reason which is wrong again that the qualification is pretty similar. I am not sure how US agencies are putting trust on such institutions who lack basic understanding and capability to assess the qualification.”

“It was poorly executed; extreme delay in services delivery, seemingly biased and shallow evaluation which is being challenged by the University. To say the least, I am disappointed with the quality of service provided by the International Education Evaluations, Inc.”

“Overpriced service that nickle and dimes for services. Asking for corrections is a charge. Even asking for a copy of a completed review is a charge and a delivery speed charge. I will never use this service again. Their competitor was far easier and copies of reports are free. My eval had my master degree credits assessed at 2.5 instead of 3.0. I had to repay their competitor which was cheaper than all their charges and faster.”

“I already have International Credential Evaluation issued by WES Embry Riddle university gave direct link to use your service and specifically for “Benchmarking method” eventually you didn’t do it as requested !! Despite I asked for this one, I got another ICE same as the one I had. I wish someone can help me”

“I DO NOT recommend this service for CPA evaluations. My evaluation was riddled with very basic mistakes in categorizing courses, and they had to send additional revisions to the CPA board. I paid for rush service, and that had to be refunded because, due to these revisions, it was not completed on time. This should have been a simple task because it was a Canadian university degree with clear course codes (ACCT, FINE, etc.) on my transcript. I was told that they are trained not to look at course codes when evaluating courses (?). If they simply read the course code or even Googled the courses, there would not have been extra revisions needed. Additionally, they originally put the wrong number of credits completed on the report. It is clear that they are not very well-versed in the types of reports that a CPA board is looking for. For example, finance courses were categorized as accounting; an accounting course was categorized as management in my report. Due to this, I would have been under the required credits for finance/accounting for CPA licensure. I only gave one extra star because the email customer service was relatively efficient and helpful, and they did refund the rush fee. Additionally, they agreed with my revisions and corrected the report. However, if you are looking for a 100% correct and fast evaluation, this is not the company to use. I should not have paid >$250 USD for a report that I had to correct.”

“David very sincerely thought we would receive a better service from you. We do not have a contact person for any problems. Our contact no longer works for you. Many evaluations are not carried out in 3 days as guaranteed and indeed we are the ones who have to contact you to inform you that the Italian academic institutions have sent the documents for verification.”

“While many people I know have had a smooth experience with IEE, my journey has been somewhat challenging. Initially, my documents were not accepted and were required to be sent directly from my issuing institution, despite others I know having successfully submitted their documents themselves and had them evaluated and sent to their recipients without issue. Additionally, I received two contradictory emails—one confirming that my documents had been verified, evaluated, and sent, while the other stated that the documents were still required for further processing and had not yet been verified. This inconsistency made the process frustrating and less than satisfactory for me. I chose IEE based on positive feedback from friends who had a seamless evaluation experience, but unfortunately, my experience did not align with those expectations. I sincerely hope the remaining steps of my process will proceed smoothly without further hurdles or discrepancies.”
