Though the evaluation was super fast but I’m not satisfied cause I got a review from the recipient that the transcript sent by myiee was imcomplete even after paying for a full evaluation of my credentials

I think the service was great and really fast, But the university that I applied hasn´t got the report yet so thanks to that I have a big delay with my admission

I never received my diploma in the mail, it was probably lost by USPS. they could've assisted me by sending a new copy of the certificate as a good gesture. To note, my ORIGINAL diploma and transcript of records are included in the packet. Now, I need to do more work to request my diploma again from my home country.

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience. Despite spending over $400 dollars, the individuals who translated my university degrees acknowledged that, after studying for 7 years (yes, seven!) at the university in my country, they did not recognize it as a Master's degree. This is particularly disheartening considering that my field of study had a specialization in Musical Composition, similar to the requirements for Master's degrees in the United States. The number of credits, courses, and the time I spent studying in my country should equate to a Master's degree here in the United States. Interestingly, some of my peers who completed their studies with me and also spent the same 7 years, but in different states, have had their degrees recognized as Master's degrees. I hope my case will be reconsidered.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Even through they say “3 days” it took them well over 10 days after I mailed them my original documents. After they got my documents they sent me a confirmation email that had the wrong college name and it said they got it via email which got me worried that they may have my original transcripts and diploma mixed up. After almost 10 days they sent me an email saying that they wont consider my final 2 semester. After my evaluation was complete I assumed that they will automatically send my transcripts to the university that was added as a recipient but I wanted to be sure so I called them to confirm. They told me I don’t have any recipients except myself in my order. I sent them a screenshot of my receipt and my order dashboard so they sent me a screenshot of their screen to say that I was wrong. After I hung up they added my university as the third recipient and then sent it to them.

There were too many confusions at some point during the process. It seems there is no coordinated communication between customer service agents. I would submit a document via email to one agent on request, then get another agent to contact me for the same document; this was very frustrating and dragged the process on longer than the expected time. I recommend a more coordinated process to avoid the level of confusion in document submission. Otherwise, your process in and of itself is relatively fast. Document submission via the portal is easy, and the cost is relatively cheaper than most evaluators out there. Being able to chat with an agent via WhatsApp was a bit helpful, but it became frustrating when there was no coordination between WhatsApp agents and those communicating via email.

Dear Mr. Dived, I hope this email finds you well. I have recently reviewed my evaluation, and I must express my disappointment regarding the transcript. According to my records, I have successfully completed 121 credit hours, which should be equivalent to a bachelor's degree. I believe that this credit hour count falls within the range typically required to earn a bachelor's degree, which is usually between 120 and 128 credit hours. Therefore, I kindly request that you reevaluate my transcript and consider it as evidence of my eligibility for a bachelor's degree. I have worked diligently to achieve this credit hour count, and it is disheartening to think that my efforts may not be recognized. I would greatly appreciate it if you could thoroughly reassess my transcript and provide me with an accurate evaluation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response

I am an unsatisfied customer. The documents to be reviewed was sent by my high school through their government / official outbound email address, yet you require them to be sent through the inbound email address of the high school, because that is the email shown on school's internet site. I was able to convince the school IT to send you my transcripts through this naturally inbound email address as an exception. You should receive them on Monday. This whole back and forth delayed my applications by another week. Also, I did not get a chance to pick Florida Institute of Technology as a recipient from your internal recipients list. Please add this school to your list so we can select the verification results to be sent to them too.

It's disappointing that there was no compensation for the delay caused by your mistake despite paying for expedited service.

I waited 25 days for evaluation instead of the promised 3 days, I was late for the start of the semester due to a delay.

My experience with IEE could be described as follows: a. Customer Service: The staff at the IEE customer service unit exhibited good customer relations, particularly Maria, Joseph, Sheryll and those I contacted via phone. b. Verification Team: The IEE verification team needs to adopt a flexible approach in handling subsequent issues related to my own over "acclaimed unverified official email from my institution", despite providing evidence beyond reasonable doubt. c. Poor feedback: The IEE did not notify me of the receipt of my documents from my institution until I requested confirmation from the customer unit. Also, IEE did not notify me on time following the completion of the verification and evaluation of my documents until I asked customer service to help me confirm the status of my application. The verification team did not notify me that they will evaluate the document sent via my institution email after insisting and notifying me to use verified email or another medium to foward my document. d. Incured Additional Cost: Following controversy over the "acclaimed unverified official email from my institution" the verification later evaluate my document despite their initial position not to verify my result unless a verified email was used. This made me pay additional fee for shipping my transcript via courier. e. Evaluation service: The Evaluation criteria used by IEE were consistent with the global best practice.
