I already have International Credential Evaluation issued by WES Embry Riddle university gave direct link to use your service and specifically for “Benchmarking method” eventually you didn’t do it as requested !! Despite I asked for this one, I got another ICE same as the one I had. I wish someone can help me

I DO NOT recommend this service for CPA evaluations. My evaluation was riddled with very basic mistakes in categorizing courses, and they had to send additional revisions to the CPA board. I paid for rush service, and that had to be refunded because, due to these revisions, it was not completed on time. This should have been a simple task because it was a Canadian university degree with clear course codes (ACCT, FINE, etc.) on my transcript. I was told that they are trained not to look at course codes when evaluating courses (?). If they simply read the course code or even Googled the courses, there would not have been extra revisions needed. Additionally, they originally put the wrong number of credits completed on the report. It is clear that they are not very well-versed in the types of reports that a CPA board is looking for. For example, finance courses were categorized as accounting; an accounting course was categorized as management in my report. Due to this, I would have been under the required credits for finance/accounting for CPA licensure. I only gave one extra star because the email customer service was relatively efficient and helpful, and they did refund the rush fee. Additionally, they agreed with my revisions and corrected the report. However, if you are looking for a 100% correct and fast evaluation, this is not the company to use. I should not have paid >$250 USD for a report that I had to correct.

They couldn’t provide a course by course report of clinical fellowship degree although provided them all the related documents. Even the report provided for bachelor’s degree had mistakes.

IEE evaluated my transcript only based on letter grade though letter grading system of my institution is different from IEE. My logical grade conversion should be according to my marks range.

David very sincerely thought we would receive a better service from you. We do not have a contact person for any problems. Our contact no longer works for you. Many evaluations are not carried out in 3 days as guaranteed and indeed we are the ones who have to contact you to inform you that the Italian academic institutions have sent the documents for verification.

While many people I know have had a smooth experience with IEE, my journey has been somewhat challenging. Initially, my documents were not accepted and were required to be sent directly from my issuing institution, despite others I know having successfully submitted their documents themselves and had them evaluated and sent to their recipients without issue. Additionally, I received two contradictory emails—one confirming that my documents had been verified, evaluated, and sent, while the other stated that the documents were still required for further processing and had not yet been verified. This inconsistency made the process frustrating and less than satisfactory for me. I chose IEE based on positive feedback from friends who had a seamless evaluation experience, but unfortunately, my experience did not align with those expectations. I sincerely hope the remaining steps of my process will proceed smoothly without further hurdles or discrepancies.

This was a very frustrating process as I had couriered the transcript, in an upopened, sealed envelope, necessary and then to be told that it was not acceptable even though in the instructions it stated transcript from high school OR transcript from Ministry of Education. I then had to get the one from the Ministry of Education, taking longer for the process to be completed, as well, I ended up paying an extra amount of money for it to be completed quickly because I had to wait so long.

I'm literally not satisfied on certain points with MyIEE Service. - During evaluation order application process MyIEE support team member took my whole day to explain & clarify certain things ! - No one from MyIEE team suggested me for partial evaluation options while waiting for Transcripts from university. - Even after documents reached a week early, the team didn't started process early. - I had to keep following up daily to check progress on my order. - Even after mailing, calling, chatting over whatsapp multiple times mentioning it's SANS Evaluation order, MyIEE still delayed it. - That resulted in my rejection for this year SANS Admissions. I'd now have to wait until next year for SANS Masters Program, as it was withdrawn. It's been very critical for my future at this stage. All my 15 days time, 15K money spent on this was all wasted! - There was no expedition options available for SANS Specifically due to holiday season! - I've asked for support over mail to SANS Team stating reason for the delay. No one yet responded to that mail. - You need to have better order management, more staff during holiday season heavy load, any automated system notifying you about prioritized orders that could save someone's critical deadlines, staff's awareness about all possible services based on candidate situations ! - It took 8-9 long days to complete my transcripts evaluation. SANS is very strict in their deadlines & extensions please consider that aspect. Thank you.

Getting my transcript evaluated was way more cumbersome and difficult than it should've been. The lack of understanding from the support team lead to weeks where my order wasn't being fulfilled dispite everything being correctly delivered from my end from the very beginning. This experience was simply ridiculous for a service that cost me a literal month's minimum wage. The only thing that prevents me from giving it a 0 was that in the end I finally got my transcript evaluated (which was the bare minimum of this service, I was extrimely close to processing a refund and prepared to dispute the credit card charge).

Hello IEE Team, My overall experience was average. This was primarily because we were trying to explain our situation to customer service, but it turned out that the verification team was responsible for our evaluation. We made every effort to schedule a brief call with the verification team to convey the stress we were under to submit the documents, as the deadline to submit the IEE report to the university was less than 48 hours away but there is no way you can talk to verification team and customer service can only pass the documents they cannot give you more information. My family and I experienced significant anxiety due to the rejection of documents by the verification team, even though all the documents were original. If we had been able to communicate directly with the verification team instead of customer service, we would have been in a better position to provide the necessary documents. The verification team only allows one-way communication. Although my report is now submitted, I believe that if candidates had the opportunity to speak directly with the team verifying the documents, rather than customer service, it would save a lot of time in submitting the correct documents. This is not a negative review; it's just that 10 different people were involved in submitting just two types of documents.

At the beginning of the review, the customer service from the email wasn’t helpful on helping me understand how to use CSSD website and ignored my request for help which led to weeks of wasted time for the evaluation. So my evaluation almost past due date and it brought me much inconvenience. On the day my evaluation came out, the customer service who picked up my call was helpful and even followed up for my request.

Very frustrating, because I get the answers always from different people, having to explain my point from zero every time(. My request for evaluation of 2 certificates was done only by half. I paid for 2 transcripts' course-to-course + GPA, and they provided only one. They included brief data of my school certificate into evaluation of my university diploma by no reason(. Then when I asked to go ahead with the school certificate separately as it was originally requested and paid, they ,demanded to pay extra to get its separate evaluation in the same order. So I paid them extra the same amount but 3 working days have passed and I still not getting my school certificate evaluation from them. It's an already eager to claim but have no idea to whom? When my order will be finally completed?!!! It's a mess, going on!

Everything is fine. But the evaluated documents couldn't show up in the website, which makes organizations verify our documents difficult. Recently I have applied for iee evaluation and my collage wants to verify them whether they are official or not. They have asked my logins to check but there is no document available in the site, which makes my admission got rejected.

The GPA used is not correct! I obtained a Second Class(Upper) Division in Mechanical Engineering. We have ‘Core’ and ‘Elective’ Courses and I took more the required courses to graduate. Two(2) of those courses with ‘C’s’ are to be excluded and replaced with Heat and Mass Transfers. Also the units are not equally rated as you did. My GPA on graduation was ‘3.0’ for a Second Class(Upper) but you gave me lower!
