I paid for a quick turnaround and made repeated follow-up calls over several days to make sure staff had everything they needed - and was assured they did. I was also assured that would contact me if they needed something else. I needed the quick turnaround for a job placement. When the timeline was close to being up I contacted your office yet again and again was told nothing else was needed. The next day I made another call and now was told something else was needed, at extra cost. I did this immediately but this delay caused me to miss the deadline for the job. When I sent an email about this (Lily) sent me a response saying they had contacted me about the additional requirement - this was not accurate. The only way I could give a positive review is if the rush order fees were refunded. To say your office had contacted me when they did not, to have made repeated enquires as to what else was needed only to be told they had everything they needed, the missing of the job deadline because of this - all override any actual service that was provided.

Customer service via chat is lousy. I needed help with the process that I paid for and the person only asked me to read a link without giving me the help that I requested. They never helped me until I sent an email and there the attention was good.

I am deeply disappointed with IEE's mailing services, which nearly sabotaged my admission into a crucial graduate program. Their careless approach and negligence throughout the process left me in a state of distress and frustration. Due to IEE's carelessness, my documents reached the university office well past the deadline, jeopardizing my admission. I was forced to navigate a daunting process of proving that the delay was not my fault, causing immense stress and anxiety. Thankfully Fedex was of great help and my university were very understanding with the whole issue, please IEE. Look more into how you're mailing packages, as a small issue like not putting in the correct address almost costed me my opportunity to be a graduate student.

I have heard about MyIEE in social media. Actually my order have not completed yet, but until now, I am not satisfied with MyIEE. The explanations in FAQ is really confusing and it doesn't give you a big picture of the evaluation process. Also they proceeded my order without my final confirmation. However, they have respectfully promised to revise my order for free.

I called before I placed my order and they said I would get my translations on Friday, the fact was they emailed me on Monday at 12:40. I uploaded two documents and there were 5 mistakes in the translation, including my son's gender, my husband' name and my ID number. I provided the right information in English in my email again and they corrected only 3 of them. Due to the carelessness of the translator, I didn't get my correct final translations until Wednesday. The two stars are for the person who communicated with me and the format you are using. I myself can do a better and more careful job than this translator. I hope you check the quality of your translator's work once in a while and give them orientations about professionalism.

Limitation of the online service,too much time I think the IEE much care about the money than the satisfaction of the client. In my evaluation they Make a mistake in my birthday and I have to pay for corrections it's a non sens.

Hello, I was hesitant about writing a review because I didn't want to seem harsh. Before writing about my opinion I want to thank you for the service you have provided. I am a bit unsatisfied with you because of the price of your service. I am an international Ph.D. student and I don't know if you are aware or not, but the salary of international students is very VERY low. I was expecting an option for a lower price for low-income students and yet I didn't find anything and had to pay almost $90 for this service. I wish that there was an option to receive a discount as I'm sure you were one day a student and understand how hard it is specifically nowadays with this huge inflation rate. You suppose to contact my university to request my certification but instead you contact me to contact my university and request my certification. And the university refused to send me anything unless it’s I have an official request and I am living in USA very far away from my university so i had to contact my friends to go to the university and I paid 100$ so they can send it in addition to the 160 for the your office fees

I am frustrated by the way you have written up the order. University of Oxford does not do credits and GPA- your write up does not indicate that you have verified that it is a first class degree. Your standard write up implies that an organization can get a more full report than I ordered. There is not a more full report- you should explain that in your certification. I don't have your full report because Oxford's system does not work like other Universities. As an international company- your report should indicate that the verification of the degree is the full verification. Your report make s a point of saying that there will need to be a more thorough report if it is to be fully certified. But, as I am sure you are aware, an Oxford degree does not include credits or a GPA so no more "thorough" report is possible. Please indicate on my certification that no further action is required and that you verify fully the degree and its authenticity.

After ordering my evaluation, I was informed that it would be impossible to produce the evaluation without submitting a copy of my testamur in addition to the transcript I supplied directly from my university. I spent nearly two hours in a chat with a very slow-responding customer service rep who insisted I must supply the testamur and that the evaluation could not possibly be produced without this document. So I, of course, went to my university and requested they produce a digital version of my testamur. While I awaited this, to my great surprise I received an email from IEE informing me that my evaluation had been produced and my order completed. This meant that the hours I spent being misinformed by customer service and the money I spent having a digital testamur issued were a complete waste. I had also withdrawn my application for the job that I needed this for, as it would not be possible to have the evaluation on time based on the false information given to me by customer service that a testamur was mandatory. The only plus side is that I now have the evaluation, if it ever becomes useful to me in the future, and I don't have to deal with IEE ever again. A waste of time and a waste of money.

I have issued my transcripts evaluation with low Gpa when compared to my friends from the same university got better Gpa than me with low marks and I do have No backlogs through out my academics and would request you re evaluate my Transcripts and by the Gpa you issued me I couldn’t reach my eligibility for my masters

There was no communication whatsoever when you guys needed more information from me and this prolonged a process that shouldn’t have taken more than a week to more than 3 months when I paid for an expedited process.

The service was provided very fast, with no delays. The quality of service is not exactly what was expected. The hours were calculated wrongly, which caused wrong degree qualification. IEE didn’t take into account bachelor degree which was already obtained and the submitted diploma was already additional Masters degree, which IEE qualified as Bachelor. Very disappointed with service and professionalism. Will need to engage with other service providers

When other evaluator is able to evaluate my degree equivalent to us degree I wonder why you are unable to do so , I have passed my degree in 1st division from a a+ naac accreditation university. I hope you consider this point next time ..
