“Very disorganized. I sent them the original documents, and they said they were copies. When I told them the documents had a QR code to scan, they didn't want to. Very bad. I don't recommend this company to anyone.”

“At first I ordered a transcript from my university. In the process I asked to make an assessment of the high school transcript. I expected that they would send me an invoice and send me the high school transcript as quickly as possible. It turned out that I need to wait until we close the previous order, and then I can open the add-on. I lost a lot of time, opened a new order, after completing it. IEE two days ago informed that they finished evaluation of my High School transcript but I can not get a copy of this assessment by email, and through the site it does not work. Each time the site gives an error. Very uncomfortable to work with IEE.”

“The evaluation was incorrect, despite subsequent submission of official documents that would have helped rectify the evaluation. I was not able to receive a refund either and find that unacceptable, as I had to rely on a direct communication with my university for the evaluation of my transcripts.”

“I submitted all the required documentation correctly. However, the status on the IEE website repeatedly showed an error or a specific document was missing. After the university in Brazil resubmitted it, the status was not changed in the IEE system. When I insisted on reevaluating it by email, the document (which was correct from the beginning) was included as correct in the system. The remote service was not responsive. On two occasions, I had to explain the entire process and send all the data again, but I was abandoned during the service. Only on the third attempt was I successful. All the resubmissions that I had to request to correct an incorrect error on the part of the IEE caused unnecessary stress. This problem leads me to evaluate the process as a whole negatively. The third remote service representative deserves credit, but the process as a whole was quite disappointing.”

“I’m very unsatisfied with this evaluation. All of my requests were each time rejected without really examining all files I provided. I had to email and call them several times to make a small step. a The evaluator did not apply the conversion scale as presented on their website. There is no way for me to dispute it. I’m left with frustration.”

“I sent a review for a master's degree, having already earned a bachelor's degree, and they charged me 200 or so, which could have been avoided by simply explaining that they were no longer validating master's degrees from abroad. I have a friend who completed her master's degree where I did, and you validated her master's degree. However, that wasn't the case with me, and I think it's unfair.”

“I am not satisfied with the evaluation provided by IEE. I specifically requested that my education be evaluated above the Master's level, as I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. However, this request was not acknowledged or fulfilled in the final report. I expected a more thorough and responsive consideration of my academic background and the documentation I submitted.”

“I spoke to several employees previously sending my documents explaining my situation. The representative rejected my documents by just giving me a genwric answer, she said signatures were missing but my documents had signatures. Ahe couldn't give me a concrete answer. It was a total waste of time and money. I will make sure to tell my classmates to stay away from you”

“Your website is VERY BAD. It was nearly inpossible to submit the documents and the request. Fees were different at each stages updated after reloading the page, then it was I possible to submit the request due to missing inputs (unspecified which). Additionally, your team seems to not be aligned on whether evaluations via scans are possible or not, as I received multiple different responses to this question and had to involve my university after all. I'm very sorry to leave this kind of review, but your service was very, very bad”

“I received my education evaluation recently. I am very surprised and disappointed with the result. I graduated from a prestigious college from China. My orginal credits is 103. My transcript has been approved by China goverment education institution . Since I graduated in 1993, it was a two-year academic program at that time. After that, the college changed my program to a three-year program. But the courses they provide now are pretty similiar to two-year program. I do not understand why IEE reduced my college credits by 42 without any detail investigation and explaination. Now I am pursuing to get my CPA in Connecticut. A qualification CPA has to meet 150 credits education requirement. With my education in China and in USA, I just pass the credits requirement. But now, IEE cut my credits by 42, how could I meet the CPA credits requirement? It will take me to study two years to get the 42 credits. I am very frustrated now. I do not understand why IEE can neglect my education achievement in China so easily. This is really unfair. I really need to talk to someone who is in charge of this evaluation process instead of the customer service. My delivery No. is 2632317083. Please contact me.”

“It’s so disappointing. My GPA dropped by 0.5, falling below 3.0 after the evaluation, making it useless for the application. Unlike WES, which raised my GPA. I wouldn’t recommend others to use IEE due to the risk of GPA drops.”

“My degree is a BA in Economics, issued by the Department of Finance and Banking Affairs. However, it was evaluated as a BA in Banking and Finance, and now I’m being asked to pay $65 for a revision.”

““I sent my three degrees with mark sheets and paid $60 each for evaluation to ensure there would be no issues. However, you asked me to contact my university to send the transcripts from the official university email. I did that, but you still couldn’t verify the email address and insisted I send it from an official email again. After doing my own research, I proved your verification team wrong, and you finally accepted my transcript. This entire process was ridiculous. I want a refund for the evaluation fee of my bachelor’s degree.”
