“The assessment presented is completely speculative, incomplete, and internally inconsistent. Its rationale fails to align with internationally accepted standards of credential evaluation and demonstrates a substandard, unreasonable approach that disregards global academic norms. By relying on narrow assumptions and an oversimplified interpretation of program duration—rather than evaluating the full academic structure, rigor, and learning outcomes—the report reveals itself to be professionally inadequate. Furthermore, the explanation reflects unskilled handling and an unprofessional line of reasoning, particularly in its attempt to equate a postgraduate MBA to an undergraduate bachelor’s degree solely on the basis of admission requirements. This logic is fundamentally flawed and contradicts both customary global academic practice and authoritative credential evaluation methodologies. As a result, the assessment cannot be considered credible, reliable, or aligned with recognized international academic standards.”

“My experience was extremely bad. You don't deserve even one star, zero. I contacted them to have my academic credentials evaluated. I called them five times to make sure I did everything correctly. They gave me instructions on how to proceed and told me that, depending on the country where my credentials were issued, I had to send the original documents to their office. I asked them if the ones I had were sufficient, and they said yes. I confirmed this with them by phone before sending my documents, and they told me that my documents were fine. I sent them and paid all the fees they indicated to expedite my evaluation (the most expensive service). After my documents arrived, they responded that they could not continue my evaluation because my documents "were original but not official." This makes no sense because these are the only documents the university issues; they are registered by the university and registered by the registry and notary in my city. I told them that I couldn't get any other documents because they were the only ones the university provides and that if they didn't want to do my evaluation, they should return my money. Of the almost $1300 I paid, they only returned a little over $700; I lost $500 with them. They took $500 from me. They told me my documents were fine and then later said they weren't, and in that process, they took $500 from me. That's a scam. They should have told me: "Send the documents digitally for review, we'll charge you a small fee for that, and if they are to our liking, we'll do the evaluation, and then you pay the full fee." How a professional and fair office would act. But no, they charged me the full price without knowing if they were going to do the evaluation or not. In other words, they play to win no matter what, regardless of whether they can actually help. The customer doesn't seem to matter to them. After filing my complaint, they told me: "You signed the agreements." Of course, I signed them because it's one of the steps to continue on their website. That's the trap: you sign and pay without knowing if they will help you with what you hired them for. They offer no service guarantees. Not only that, when my documents were returned, my high school diploma was torn at the top. They damaged my diploma while handling it, and I still haven't received a coherent and responsible response from them. I contacted another evaluation company, and they reviewed my documents before conducting my evaluation. They confirmed that my documents were indeed in order and proceeded with the evaluation, and they have already validated my credentials. In other words, my documents weren't flawed as IEE claimed. I definitely do not recommend them for this service; there are several other companies that offer this service and are much more professional.”

“Told me it would take 2 weeks. It has been almost 2 months but still have not received the right version of my translation and evaluation. I received a evaluation with mistakes in it and tried to call unfortunately they don't have a phone number to call you can only write emails. Because of promises which were broken and no good way of reaching the team I missed my deadline. Would never choose this company again!!!”

“Too expensive. Plus I paid for my review but I did not receive a review result copy. I have to pay another amount for you to send me a copy of my review. I am the owner of the document but I cannot get a copy of my own but I paid for it. My documents are all on the same language as we speak. You don't need an interpreter to understand. I don't know why you charge too much. This is rip off.”

“I requested for a course to course evaluation and paid 2to 3 days service. I did not receive what I ordered for. My institutions did not accept your evaluation. What can I do. Whom should I report this issue. Let me know. Thanks.”

“I paid for transcripts translation and verification but i was told that they will not translate my degree and transcripts because it is a temporary degree. They only refunded $80 out of the 177.5 i paid. I do not recommend this place to anyone.”

“There is no value in offering provisional valuation when yu know that it is not valued anywhere. Charging money for it and refusing to make a refund is immoral, i will always caution people I know never to use your services.”

“Artificially making the process slower to nickel and dime their customers, needing 3-5 business days to send an already processed and finished evaluation to my personal email. When I called there the excuse was to do "special security checks", what does that even mean? Its 2025, emails for processed evaluations should be automated....”

“I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by the sudden price increase to $45 without any prior notice. Had I known this would happen, I would have chosen a different company for my evaluation. This feels very unprofessional and almost like a scam — after paying a significant amount for the evaluation itself, I now have to pay an excessive fee every time I request a copy. I do not recommend their services.”

“I went through International Education Evaluations because they are listed as working with Wake Tech, hoping to have my previous coursework accepted. Unfortunately, none of my classes were recognized, even though I provided all the required documents. I spent $300 on the evaluation and ended up with no usable results for my education plan. Very frustrating experience — I wish I had known this before investing the time and money.”
