Had a very frustrating experience using IEE First of all there was no way to get a hold of anybody on the phone through a toll free number so calling to sort out my problems really wasn't an option without paying a ton of fees in long distance calls. Every time you email you get a different representative and it felt like you were starting over explaining your issues. I didn't feel like it was very clear what was expected of me for submissions to be reviewed and I didn't agree with needing to send my diploma in for them to look at in person. My diploma was lost in the mail and this group decided that they would settle for a scanned copy of it but I don't know why this couldn't have been done in the first place. If you have the ability to change your mind later on why could we not have just looked at this option and saved me a lot of time and headache and ultimately no longer possessing the original diploma that I received I would never use this service again. It took months to get through it and it really does not seem geared towards international support

Dear International Education Evaluations, Greetings, Thank you for evaluating my degree. On your site you have mentioned that the evaluation process takes three days. But My evaluation took place nearly two months. What???!!!

I don’t satisfy with your service because you discriminate according to the country of origin of document. You suppose to give services to everyone. You have received my original credentials directly from my intuition 3 times. However, you refuse to evaluate them because of a little issue in the sending method at the beginning. When they fix the issue and send them again the way you have requested them, you said you won’t evaluate my documents because they are not official documents. You put me on wait for 4months until you tell me you don’t accept documents from my country. Your service would be great if you didn’t use discrimination like method to finish my case. I can’t give you zero but I give you 1/5 stars.

I am not happy with the outcome because what ask for was for my daughter’s Nigeria results to be broken or interpreted to the US and that wasn’t what done, it’s a total waste of money and time to me Horrible experience

Worst costumer service. U have to call them just to contact me and update me regarding my institution. Left a message to a wrong school and insists that is my school I attended. Multiple people don’t communicate about my school.

I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I submitted my documents for evaluation, but the results were incomplete. When I emailed multiple times to request a full evaluation, they asked me to pay more. This company seems untrustworthy. Please be careful and avoid doing business with them. I paid over $300 and still haven't received what I was promised.

This was one of the worse experiences. NO one had any idea how education in Germany works and through this entire ordeal I was unable to talk to a validator to explain or communicate. It always went through a third person. I had been through this process before with another agency and never had any issues. Also when it came to the end, your rep suggested a route that should have been suggested 2 years before when this nightmare started. This was also less expensive but then instead of a refund, other fees were suddenly attached and I never saw any of my money back. I did complain to the college as well about the poor knowledge and service. It was so bad that if I need to do this again I will choose my school based on the validation company they work with

You sent my transcript twice for some reason? I’m not sure what happened but it could disrupt the enrolment process as every transcript needs to be evaluated.

I thought that the order included sending my documents, including a hard-to-replace original, to the physical address provided. I was pretty clear on the phone and, subsequently, in-person that I would need that document returned. No one asked for additional payment at that time. It's not the payment that bothers me but the confusion. I could be wrong about this. More troubling is that your chat representative just said that I should've received a confirmation email and that the school did receive the documents. Neither of those statements seem to be accurate. I just spent 30 minutes in a chat, an extraordinary amount of time for such lack of clarity. Please help.
