“There is no value in offering provisional valuation when yu know that it is not valued anywhere. Charging money for it and refusing to make a refund is immoral, i will always caution people I know never to use your services.”

“Pricing is different shown as per the website. Evaulation was even poor.There is no official book mark or website that credentials are valid. Lost my money”

“Artificially making the process slower to nickel and dime their customers, needing 3-5 business days to send an already processed and finished evaluation to my personal email. When I called there the excuse was to do "special security checks", what does that even mean? Its 2025, emails for processed evaluations should be automated....”

“I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by the sudden price increase to $45 without any prior notice. Had I known this would happen, I would have chosen a different company for my evaluation. This feels very unprofessional and almost like a scam — after paying a significant amount for the evaluation itself, I now have to pay an excessive fee every time I request a copy. I do not recommend their services.”

“Bad Communication,said they didn’t have my original transcripts even I had proof that they received it, after I canceled my order they sent my original back… hotline always people who barely speak English… overall bad experience would tell EVERYONE to go with someone else.”

“I went through International Education Evaluations because they are listed as working with Wake Tech, hoping to have my previous coursework accepted. Unfortunately, none of my classes were recognized, even though I provided all the required documents. I spent $300 on the evaluation and ended up with no usable results for my education plan. Very frustrating experience — I wish I had known this before investing the time and money.”

“I am not satisfied because when you receive the email from the school you all knew it would never work yet you all allowed me to spend more money just to get it done the way you ask me to I am not in Jamaica the time it takes I would have done the GED here in Florida but guess what I am not giving up I am getting done thank you”

“Hi mr Haynes, Thanks for giving me the opportunity to write a review. Indeed I did trust you but it is clear that I shouldn't have. You claim to determine the academic standard according to US standards. But you don't. You rather took the easy way and didn't take into account the level of highschool attended! This means your evaluation is worthless. In The Netherlands we have 3 levels of highschool education, each with quite a big difference in difficulty. So the only job you should have to do (recalculate the graduated level to the US standards), you fail, as you apparently don't understand how the schoolsystem in other countries work. So you shouldn't offer this service. We will need to find another business that does know their business in order to get a correct evaluation that reflects the actual level of the student! “I'm not satisfaying, I paid almost U$800 dls form my evaluations, we started on June 20, until today, July 15th I haven't received my final evaluation yet, and I will lose the opportunity to job in Colorado.”

“Very disorganized. I sent them the original documents, and they said they were copies. When I told them the documents had a QR code to scan, they didn't want to. Very bad. I don't recommend this company to anyone.”

“At first I ordered a transcript from my university. In the process I asked to make an assessment of the high school transcript. I expected that they would send me an invoice and send me the high school transcript as quickly as possible. It turned out that I need to wait until we close the previous order, and then I can open the add-on. I lost a lot of time, opened a new order, after completing it. IEE two days ago informed that they finished evaluation of my High School transcript but I can not get a copy of this assessment by email, and through the site it does not work. Each time the site gives an error. Very uncomfortable to work with IEE.”
