IEE service was very disappointing. The MyIEE portal they designate as the recipient of the results is not known at CUNY and no one has been able to check my results yet. when I told IEE I wanted a different method of receipt, they said they could not accommodate me without paying an additional fee. I understood that is how IEE has been able to stay in business to this day.

The student not receiving any copy even by email, charging verification fee and not verifying and then not refunding the verification fee, delay in service. I am extremely disappointed.

I placed an order for an extra copy of my evaluation to be sent to my email on March 2, and I have not received it yet.

Currently, I have not yet received my copy of the assessment, but the organization I had a copy emailed to reported that they were unable to download it. My request for support has so far been unanswered! As such I am deeply unsatisfied by the state of this service, considering I paid extra for a copy to me sent directly to the organization.

I had to spent a lot of time on chat with customer service due to bery outdated system of uploading documents via email. The whole idea of them being sent from the uni means that several other parties need to be involved, for no reason. The whole experience was annoying. I cant even look at the result because you want to charge me $20 for downloading a PDF… very bad experience and one of the most outdated IT processes Ive encountered. I had to start another order due to the website crashing on the original one. Customer service was helpful, but the overall experience was bad.

I paid 30000/- INR for their services. Despite repeated communication, I still did not get my copy on my email. I would be told that I would get in one hour or to check my spam but the result would be the same. I have given up on getting my order and will never recommend them to anyone.

I do not think you were able to properly evaluate my degree. It led to an inaccurate report and left me with no verification for my post secondary university. Waste of time and money for me.

I ordered Educational and Employment reports but when I received, I was surprised when I went through them that both are the same copy and paste except subject for evaluation type, only one line change in this two reports, I am looking for employment reports same as my friend received COURSE-BY-COURSE ANALYSIS, subject wise credit and total credit for my courses, I paid $ 387.11 for these reports

Communication, non existent, asked for transcript to be sent by university when you had the original transcript in your possession, refused to elaborate or respond at all when queried. After months of calls and emails I finally got through to the cancellation email address, seems to be the only one that is staffed. Absolute joke of a service in my experience.

One of the worst evaluation center they are there for money only. They don't help you through the process. It is not easy when they are not even willing to send an email to the university to ask for the information they are looking for after my transcript submitted.

I had a very disappointing experience with MyIEE (Order #1632327176). My evaluation process started on January 13, 2025, and was only completed on February 4, 2025—an excessively long wait time. Additionally, MyIEE made a critical mistake in my evaluation. As I clearly stated in my previous communication, I was admitted in 2018 as a master's student in an integrated master's and PhD program, which totals five years for the PhD. However, their evaluation incorrectly indicates only two years, which is a major discrepancy. To make matters worse, IEE support mentioned that it require an additional payment to correct their own mistake. This is completely unacceptable. I expected professionalism and accuracy, but instead, I encountered delays and errors that could have serious consequences for my academic and professional future. I would not recommend MyIEE to anyone who needs a reliable and fair evaluation service.

On January 30th I received the report from IEE. Overall it was satisfactory except that in the Additional Notes section both the school I´m attending and the country where wrong. One week has passed since I requested the correction to the Evaluations team, with cc to Customer Support, and I haven´t got even a reply yet, even less a corrected report. This is preventing me to order additional reports I want to send to other universities.

Decreased my gpa from 3.1 to 2.6 without any explanation and the evaluation didn’t even make sense. I ended up going with another company.

The overall experience was wack, except for Bernadette and CL who gave me the assistance I badly needed, Camille and the rest were just a bunch of awful folks only caring about an extra $50 for expedited service.. yet my order was already overdue..

I spent almost 220 dollars which may be nothing but was something for a student like me, and fell for the advertisement and the timing you mentioned on your website. Unfortunately I was wrong and it seems like you are not experienced enough to see students study courses in different departments, specifically the common courses like General Math1. You ignored the official rules of my country and notes on my official transcript. I think I should have gone for a more established organization, WES , for example, like my colleagues.
