I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided. Despite my numerous follow-up emails, I have not yet received my CPA transcript via email as promised. Additionally, I had purchased the Copy Email service, but I have not received the corresponding documents either. I kindly request that you resend my CPA transcript and ensure it reflects my GPA accurately. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I had a really hard time to work with MyIEE. Really wanna share details on that. I don't think its a good spot to share because its might be my misunderstanding with MyIEE team.

Hi Mr. David, I am not satisfied with the Evaluation Report. I have sent you a separate PDF file via email wherein I have mentioned my reasons for lack of satisfaction and suggestions for corrections. With the existing report, I am afraid your services does not deserve even a single star, but this is not proceeding further and I have to click on one option, currently the least one! I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the evaluation process I have been subjected to. Despite my numerous attempts to get this issue resolved, my evaluation remains incomplete. I have sent many emails and made countless phone calls, yet there appears to be no synergy among the various individuals I have interacted with. Consequently, the evaluation process has already dragged on for more than a month. Adding to my frustration, there was an error made on your end, and now you are attempting to charge me to correct it. This is wholly unacceptable. To make matters worse, during a phone conversation with Carl on Monday, I was assured that I would receive my evaluation by Tuesday morning. It is now [insert current day], and I have yet to receive any update. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. Please provide me with the completed evaluation without further delays or additional charges. Sincerely,

Unfortunately I do not have good experience in work with your company. The chat system in your website is not work properly!. Moreover, contacting with your support team via Watsapp, and Instagram is very difficult. The support section are available rarely! For example, I have sent an email to your support team and request a my evaluation report via email but they do not answer to me... I have just received an automated email not other things. according to my profile I should receive the evaluation report just on 6th June because my case is completed on 6th June however, I have not received any email yet! and the support section does not answer at all! Unfortunately, I will not recommend any one to work with IEE company.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received from your company. I sent my certificates for evaluation, but when they were returned to me, they were torn in some places and oddly folded, especially the wall certificate. This shows a complete lack of respect for people's hard-earned certificates and years of effort. The documents were returned creased and damaged, making them unfit to be displayed. I will not use your service again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

The evaluation team did a big mistake doing my GPA I couldn’t reach the evaluation team , I explained my point on my GPA and how does my uni calculate it plus I attached one previous accridited evaluation by NASEC 3 years ago , they made my GOA 1.79 , other accredited agency made it 2.33 my uni says it’s 2.2-2.4 upon USA scale , I am redoing my evaluation with another accredited agency as well and they r doing it around 2.3 I am just wondering about ur evaluation team they can’t he’s us or discuss cuz we r talking logic how can someone graduate form engineering with less than 2.0 GPA no uni can do that Won’t comeback here again

So I paid for a service that I was denied and then the IEE used my funds incorrectly, further proceeding with denying to refund me, with customer service that was constantly unaware of what was going on with my documents. I'll avoid using the service further.

Not clear process and I was doing it with a friend who got mixed information and had to pay a lot of money she shouldn’t have pay. Thankfully she informed me what to do so it didn’t happen to me.

The information is so confusing I lost 130 dollars because I understood the process wrong even after multiple chats with the team and suggestions that were wrong. It’s so sad I had to work extra hours to get mu money back because even though the chat help told me I could get a refund no one helped me with it. NO REFUND HAPPENED. After that I tried contacting you and I have not received any response. It is so sad to feel lied to and especially with a lot of money.

Honestly we're very disappointed about few thing's; let me explain in detail i hope somebody notices this and makes it better for others. 1. We've paid 40$ to send the important education mark's card and cert's back but you guys are using USPS which took almost 8 days and it's most unreliable service. I'm not sure on what basis you guys choose USPS while we paid 40$. We choose UPS to send the priority mail to reach your office in 2 days which just cost's 17$ and better service they provide. 2. it's highly difficult to reach you people , please help and make the customer interactions better.

After you mailed my report, you stopped responding to emails. My evaluation took more than 2 business days to be delivered, even though I did pay extra $50 to make sure it'd be delivered within 2 business days.

Misleading product descriptions and extremely poor customer service that feels like talking to a chat bot. For anyone who needs to use their credential conversion service, DO NOT pay the extra to be able to submit them yourself. There is no way to do this online so you will incur huge additional costs with sending documents by post to the US. I just got them sent by my university due to this but was unable to receive a refund for the service as the customer service agent talked in circles and showed 0 understanding of the issue. Avoid if possible and use with caution if required.

The school sent the transcript but I kept on getting an email it has not been sent. That delayed the pr9 for over three weeks

Bad service !!! The evaluation process differed from that of other organizations. While IEE assessed my degree as equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree, two other NACES members deemed it equivalent to both a bachelor's and master's degree. Furthermore, the evaluation report lacked clarity and detail. This is unsurprising given the numerous complaints online about the quality of IEE's services.

My application wasn't well evaluated by IEE I did submitted all documents but my national diploma wasn't evaluated was just my Higher National Diploma that was evaluated. I wrote mail and complained but I was told I didn't submit my national diploma transcript for evaluation which isn't true. Later was told to go pay additional $50 for revision and it's really unfair, looks more of exploitation.
