“My credentials are not evaluated as per my education. My peer class fellow award a masters equivalency on the same degree and I was awarded bachelor's. I will do my evaluation from other institute.Thanks”

“Worst services ever, it took me almost 4 months. A lot of miscommunication from EEI. Difficult to get hold of the verification team, they won’t answer for at least 4 days. The service I received was poor/ un efficient, won’t recommend this service at all.”

“Dear David, I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for your commitment to enhancing the customer experience. I hope your business continues to progress towards growth and development. Recently, I encountered challenges while paying an IEE fee through a website. Due to sanctions in Iran, credit cards are not available, necessitating the use of a website for the transaction. After placing my order, I received an email from Glazia advising me to submit a revision request instead of a new one. I promptly responded, expressing my concern that if IEE refunded the amount to the same account, the website might not refund it to me. Unfortunately, despite my explanation, the refund was processed to the website. Regrettably, I have not observed any flexibility from their end despite my efforts to clarify the situation. “I specifically requested for my evaluation document to have a signature and a raised seal. I spoke with customer service and I put it in my notes on the order. This was not done, so the document cannot be used.”

“Unfortunately I thought the evaluation was based on age and grade equivalent. The evaluation should have been based on classes, subjects taken, and work load. I did not think the team took the time to evaluate the description of classes taken. For example this was my daughter's 5th year of French. She completed her first year of Secondary School. To say that her level of French was not at secondary level was quite frustrating.The PSHE class,And ICT class were at secondary level. Geography was required and passed. Unfortunately she has to take all of these classes again. The fact that she was required to take a 4 hour Cat4 and spend every weekend at school for 2-3 weeks studying to take the exam, should say she was very well prepared to enter into Secondary school. Then she passed first year of Secondary School. Not to receive 1 credit for any classes completed has been a disappointment and frustration. I will NOT be recommending IEE to any other Diplomatic families seeking credits for their children.”

“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided. Despite my numerous follow-up emails, I have not yet received my CPA transcript via email as promised. Additionally, I had purchased the Copy Email service, but I have not received the corresponding documents either. I kindly request that you resend my CPA transcript and ensure it reflects my GPA accurately. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.”
