Thank you for leting me say what I feel. I was totally shoked with the evaluation result when i recieve the copy.with my college diploma you put me unto high school diploma.so i am so disapointed with your evaluation.I am disatisfied.

They normally provide equalency by basis of admission requirements, suppose master requirements minimum 2 year maximum no issue so they follow minimum and if master base on 3 year they give you bachelor's degree even previous education is 16 years 120 hours, they not do equalency viva credit hours l. They have different pattern not same standard pattern for all basis on each help desk and seems don't have training about what's the credits hours.

Hidden cost. IEE does not make it clear what extra copies would cost to their customers and even their website do not make it clear. IEE just will charge $50 for ONE extra copy sent by email. If you consider IEE just because their initial evaluation fee sounds affordable, you should be careful. There are hidden cost in future when you need your first extra copy.

Honestly besides the online customer service staff who were so nice and helpful, I am extremely disappointed in this service and regret the money I paid for such insufficient service. Luckily I was the first of my group of friends who wanted to use this website and this service and thus was able to tell them about my experience so they could use another website and not this one. For further evaluations of my coming scores and full program transcripts, I decided to go with another organization within the NACES eventhrough I'd have to pay the full price. Overall, I thank the nice online customer service staff who listened and guided me, but I regret every penny spent in this website and all the lost resources, and hence would never recommend this to anyone.

When I first emailed your staff about the process of transcript evaluations and sending copies, they explained to me that I have to pay a one time order fee and then I can send additional copies of that order for 20$. Now, I want to send more copies and they tell me that I need to `` re-open`` an order for 50$ then I can send more copies. No one explained to me that I would have to ``re-open`` an order if I wanted to send more copies of digital files, for which I already paid more than 400$, over free emails.

Very poor evaluation and wrong language translation . I am totally upset with the evaluation department as they never accepted my simple requests. I will never ever recommend IEE to any of my friends/colleagues. Translation of my degree was wrong and I tried to contact company several times and no one gave any satisfactory response. I was told that someone from the company will correct the translation of my document and will contact me regarding the same but it has been more than a week for more than a week without any response. You can not ask for the refund even if there is no service provided to you what you paid for. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

CANADIAN TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION BEWARE!! I recently used IEE to evaluate my Canadian transcript with the goal of transferring credits to a US bachelor program. After a few weeks and spending close to $300, in my evaluation report, IEE assigned the majority of my classes with extremely low credits (given me 0.60 credits for most of my classes) so now I can’t even transfer any of my college classes to the bachelor program. This was not the first time I had gotten my transcript evaluated, in fact a few years ago I went with a different evaluation company and they had given me way higher credits for the SAME classes that IEE had to evaluate. IEE assigned most of my classes to 0.60 credits while the company I used in the past gave me 3 credits for the same exact classes. I honestly don’t understand how IEE goes about their evaluations and they clearly don’t know anything about Canadian equivalency. Please beware. If I had known this I would have opted for a different company.

Your staff needs to be trained on the process for accepting the high school transcripts/documents. You cant expect Cambridge board to send you my transcripts. They only send it to high schools and it is the responsibility of the high school to send it to the universities or other organizations. I lost about 4 weeks because of the delay in your office accepting the high school transcripts and this delay may possibly affect my admission chances. As CEO, you please read the emails that my school counselor had sent to your office.

Customer service is very horrible! I emailed saying specifically that “I made a mistake on the delivery options” the reason why I contacted them asking for help to get my documents back but this person named JB don’t know what he’s doing and don’t have good manners! I even called the office and they just said they will email the payment link. I did not received the email even I called them already. And instead of sending the link this JB sounds like blaming me instead of just giving the link. It took me a several hours, days to follow up just to receive the payment link! 🤦‍♀️

The *****WORST**** customer service I have ever seen... You send your documents to this institution and you regret every penny of it. I had paid $320 for bachelor's and master's evaluation, but changed my mind when sending the documents and only send master's. They never contacted me about the extra money I had paid for bachelors, so I contacted them and had to go through 10 emails(all saying I will follow up with the admins!), and 5 customer service reps to explain that I had paid extra. Guess what! After waiting THREE weeks, I was able to get a refund. After a few weeks, I tried to add bachelor's since I was applying for a different job, and they wanted to charge me another $119 for something that should have been $65. When I was on the phone explaining about the extra payment in first transaction, I specifically asked the lady how much it would be for bachelor's if I decide to do that later? She told me $50 + shipping = $65. But now they are charging me $119. So to this institution, you have to pay $390 to get the bare minimum of master's and bachelor's evaluation. DO NOT use this institution for god's sake. They don't care about customers. There are so many other institutions out there. I prefer to pay $119 for my bachelor's to another institution and receive excellent customer service. Theirs is BS. There is no such thing defined for them as CUSTOMER SERVICE...

It was an awful experience! Given we were expecting you to finish the process within 3-5 days and send the documents to the university. Although you let us know that you finished the process but the university never received the documents after 17 days from the beginning of the process and his application is rejected due to the missing material

I paid for the expedited services and Noone contacted me to let me know about the translation, i was waiting for 2 weeks to receive this document that i needed with urgency. I never got refunded for that amount, I will not recommend this company.

I am totally DISAPPOINTED with IEE. They provided me with incorrect information which caused me to select 2 different options.I paid for both. When the situation was brought to their attention, they refused to correctly reimburse me for services not received. Totally disappointed. Would not recommend. They stole my money.

I was very satisfied with the speed of delivery, but the assessment is based on the way the document is presented. I will be using it for immigration purposes, but the document received contains a signature on only one page, in this case, on the appraiser's credentials page, which is important but should have on both, but there is no signature on the first, so no makes it clear that the information on the first page was made by you and to make matters worse, the first page still contains the information, page 1 of 1 in the footer, which contributes to not knowing who prepared the document. I am sending an email, requesting the adjustment, I hope you understand and make the adjustment, the way it is does not suit me.

I ordered my transcripts to be evaluated by IEE and my experience has been an absolute nightmare. A month later I am still waiting for my application to be processed because the institution I had it sent to has not received them. I now had to PAY AGAIN to have them sent to me via email (a $50 email I might add) so I can fix this mistake and handle it myself. This was a waste of time and money…thank you IEE for unreasonably taking more money away from a new teacher.

I paid extra $50 just to send an email copy of evaluation to the university. I’m talking talking about email not physical mail. That’s a lot of money. Not happy
