“It's a very nice experience working with the IEE just that you didn't evaluate my transcripts. it was just the WEAC Results I saw I don't really know why but you guys are perfect tho❤️”

“The process was quick and the assistants are easy to talk to at time though the assistant are asking if you're still there when you do respond you are not acknowledged,however when you do get ahold of one or vice versa thy are super helpful”

“They are not bad, but unfortunately, I find it pretty hard to say they are great. I requested it with three days guarantee, so I suppose that my case will be completed within 72 hours after submitting my documents. So I called them. However, they said that they could not guarantee anything and said, "Call me back IF THEY CAN FINISH MY CAST TILL TODAY and FIGURE IT OUT WHAT HAPPEN IN MY CASE”

“It could be better! The document listing could be more easily accessible by country, such as you have to have original etc in the pull down- it’s VERY expensive and I struggle to understand how in some sub Saharan areas you expect me to find the original documents. The paper stating the education course such as English or Afrikaans etc with the grade is not rocket science. Secondly we did not receive a notification stating the results of the review— just saying that it has to be revised. Not that it was COMPLETE.”

“My order was done on time, and I appreciate that. However, the title of my evaluated degree was "Transportation Engineering" while my certificate title says "Electrical Railway Engineering". I had provided the official English translation of my certificate to prevent any name-changing, but it happened. I talked to an agent both in chat and on the phone, but there was no update from IEE on correcting the mistake. I am still waiting for my evaluated degree to change the title of my MSc to "Electrical Railway Engineering".”

“Dear Mr. David, There were additional note mentioned in the credential regarding date of birth on the document without confirmation/intimation to me. So, I need to apply for revision of my order which would take time. This process would not be delayed, if you will provide me an intimation before writing the additional note. “Evaluation was done within the timeline, however, i requested 3 more copies to send to the recipient. One of the recipients reached out today and confirmed me it did not add to their IEE portal. My deadline is approaching. By the way, this was from Wright state University.”

“I did my first transcript evaluation and I did a revised one. But there was a problem. I asked that one of the emails to receive the evaluated transcript gets changed , but no response or no help at all.”

“I calculated my GPA with iWES and GPA calculator of your website and both of them considered the 16 score in 20 scale as A grade. But after receiving evaluation you calculated my GPA in a different way and all of 16 scores were considered as B grade.”

“You had a very quick turnaround but I don't think my GPA eval was particularly accurate. A 16.9 was graded as a B+ but a 17 as an A. I would look at how you are translating Scottish grades.”
