“intitialy there were delay in response and speed of my document evaluation. however, after i complain there was fast action taken and my document evaluated and sent to the intened university thankfully i am able to get admitted at last minute of the dead line.”

“The evaluation process was super fast but its super inconvenient that you cant pay your invoice on the website (you have to wait to receive it via email). My evaluation was completed few days ago and I am still waiting on the final invoice to receive my documents back (after several emails). If not for that, it would be 5 stars.”

“The team members are very polite. The process, however, took longer than expected. It doesn't seem to be a fair policy to charge $20 just to receive an email copy of the evaluation.”

“Thanks. Due to your per certificate and complicated fee it’s impossible for peoples to evaluate there whole educational documents and feel unsatisfied. If you offer all certificates evaluations . A lot of peoples attract your company. Before three years my husband evaluate all there educational documents in $ 84 from you.”

“I keep repeating myself, I'm assuming my email are not understand read well. The timeliness is almost a week to respond to answer. Example you enquire for an additional document and take a week to respond with the same enquire. I want to make call to express myself but i don't have the contact”

“My experience was great and i love the customer care. However i still have a major issue yet to be resolved. I have gotten my order and i want to do a revision from provisional to official evaluation. The purpose of revising myborder is because i dont like the clause that my evaluations was done based on scanned copy. . That is why I need the revision . I want my school to send the original but i was told i need to pay a revision fee. I dont like this development as it is not convenient to afford extra 50 dollars. I actually wanted to recommend so many of my friends but my experience with my own order is giving me this setback. Can you look into my case and allow me revise my order without paying. “Quick customer service, but the whole process and instructions are confusing and unclear. You charged me a $50 fee that one person said I would get refunded and another person said I wouldn't. Of course I didn't.”

“I am satisfied with the services but I would like to recommend that the type of proofs I had provided after my first submission were the authentic and approved by HEC Pakistan and also Attested and stamped by the Foreign office of Pakistan even then the MyIEE forced me to submit or ask the issuing university to send the documents from their official email address. It took me further more than a week because I had to travel back to the university location. Which was In an another province and all that. So my point is that if anyone provides documents along with authentic proves then you should not delay the process. The rest I am satisfied”

“I think the $20 charge for sending an email of my own evaluation was too much. It did not seem fair business but rather because we can like airline seating and I am assuming same is being done by other evaluation agency so I am not inclined to rate you any better than 3 stars.”

“Happy to finally receive the evaluation. However, it was somewhat frustrating to have, at one point, 3-5 different people communicating with me about the same ticket. I had to tell each of them the same thing at different points in time, and had to confirm the receipt of items after receiving emails saying that my order would be cancelled. Can this process be more streamlined?”
