Happy to finally receive the evaluation. However, it was somewhat frustrating to have, at one point, 3-5 different people communicating with me about the same ticket. I had to tell each of them the same thing at different points in time, and had to confirm the receipt of items after receiving emails saying that my order would be cancelled. Can this process be more streamlined?
