“I ordered a copy of my transcript to the titled address. I literally chose as of all given options (cost of $50) indicated that to deliver the file in two days. However the document delivered in four days. Nevertheless, I talked with one of your officer during that period, she insisted that the delivery of the file is guaranteed in three days.”

“The communication and WhatsApp options are great. However the institution knows nothing about the portal which is also why I opted for your organisation with the complimentary report. The institution still has not accessed the report.”

“I had both positive and frustrating experiences with IEE. The Good: Some staff members were very kind and patient, especially during phone calls. They took time to answer my questions and sounded genuinely helpful. The initial process was straightforward, and the team was responsive to basic inquiries. The Issues: Slow and inefficient – The evaluation took longer than expected, and revisions required multiple follow-ups. Verification concerns – My GPA and credit conversion seemed inaccurate, and despite providing evidence, corrections were difficult to secure. Inconsistent standards – Some policies (like fee waivers for errors) were unfairly applied. While I appreciate the polite customer service, the evaluation process needs improvement in accuracy and efficiency.”

“Its rather unfortunate for me because the Institution was not an approved Institution for my evaluation. Resons being my documents where decline with additional comments that the Institution that did the evaluation was not an approved Institution.”

“My only issue with the evaluation, is that for my specific University, D's and E's are classified as F1 and F2, while an F is F3. When my courses were evaluated, they didn't take into account the numbered grade but only the Lettered grade. So all my "D's" and "E's" were all considered as F's and my GPA was significantly brought down. But otherwise the evaluation was really good.”

“Service was good, every time there is a problem they always email me soon. Next time if had change, I will use it again. But It didn't make sense to me that there was a button to upload, but it didn't get approved when I submitted from there.”

“I paid for a service I did all the work for. I understand certain countries you need additional documents for. But the process you explained and the process I had to go through were completely different. It took me over 3 months to get all the documents. I had zero help. I think the process should be discounted for the countries where the person has to do all the work.”

“The evaluation was ok but they damaged my Ph.D. certificate, which is unacceptable. I will have to spend extra money to issue a new one and ship it internationally so it can arrive in the States.”

“Unfortunately the evaluation for my high school diploma evaluation didn't get the approval from CDPH LFSUnfortunately the evaluation for my high school diploma evaluation didn't get the approval from CDPH LFS as the evaluation says grade 11. I needed the evaluation to show that my high school diploma is grade 12. I graduated from high school grade 12 as the high school in Iran is grade 12. Now I I'm about to lose my job.”
