The Issues: Slow and inefficient – The evaluation took longer than expected, and revisions required multiple follow-ups. Verification concerns – My GPA and credit conversion seemed inaccurate, and despite providing evidence, corrections were difficult to secure. Inconsistent standards – Some policies (like fee waivers for errors) were unfairly applied. While I appreciate the polite customer service, the evaluation process needs improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
