“I did not understand and feel like the evaluation for my bachelors degree was not done objectively. An upper second degree class could not even reach 3.0 GPA which I think was not reflective of the performance on the transcript from the issuing school.”

“For the same transcript, according to the evaluation by AACRAO in 2007 I had no ``D`` grade, but according to the new evaluation by IEE in 2024, most of the C`s are ``D``s in my transcript. STATEMENT OF EVALUATION IEE evaluations and assessments are based on the judgment of evaluators experienced in international education, a review of current literature, and documentation provided. We are members of NACES (National Association of Credential Evaluation Services), AACRAO (American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers), TAICEP: The Association for International Credential Evaluation Professionals, and NAFSA: Association of International Educators.”

“The translation had my last name wrong. I received a preliminary document and while I was checking it, minutes later the "final"was sent with that error. Fortunately it was corrected on the same day. Then I received a call to confirm if I wanted to send the documents to an institution which I wanted. I paid an additional fee for it and sent the email address with the original documents submitted. A week later I received my original documents back and a closed envelope with the translated course-by-course transcripts. It raised my suspicious when the university asked me for the transcripts and I told them MyIEE had already sent them. I called MyIEE to confirm and found out they did not send anything. If it weren't because I changed in the last minute the starting period to the next semester, the university would have rejected me for not submitting on time the transcripts. I paid extra for expedite process and for sending them by email. I could have saved the expedite shipping and the send by email if I knew they were not going to do what I paid for. The biggest risk is that I relied on them doing their part for me to be approved in a university and if I weren't confirming on the phone, all my money, which was not little, would have been lost and no university. Thanks,”

“I received an email about the completion of my order (evaluation of my degree). It has been mentioned that the report has been sent to me via email; however, I have not received the report yet. I sent an email to the costumer service but they have not replied yet.”

“In my opinion the service was way more expensive than what I expected. In addition I suggest that BSC courses score should be separated from general classes score”

“Good platform to review your documents especially if it's not urgent. I just wish their can be a section on the website where we can see the progress in real time. Like documents received rather than going back and forth with the email. Also when I uploaded my documents I did not see the uploaded documents on my dashboard. I am however, happy that I am able to communicate with them via email.”

“Not super duper impressed. Haven't got my original documents back yet and they needed a lot of help from me. They sent an obnoxious invoice, when in fact they owed me for providing a complete translation made by a better service.”

“The services were good from the very first day I started the process. I had a few issues with my document because it was rejected at first but I did not get any evidence or proof that the document was not sealed so I don't know if the team were lying or whatever, but it was a bitter sweet experience. My sister is also going to use IEE for her evaluation so I hope her experience is very smooth than mine.”
