“I didn’t get the service I wanted, I was early action to my dream university and because of the late replies even tho paying more to get it on time to them and promising a 3 day guarantee that didn’t happen, and I got rolled over to regular decision that was the most frustrating , thing it got to them after a month and 2 weeks later but paid for a 3 day guarantee.”

“I'm very furious about your poor service. The evaluation report I received from you was CALCULATED in a TOTALLY WRONG WAY WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION! and 7 days have passed I still haven't receive the corrected report! My Deadline is today! And also, you made my major name WRONG! and your reply from Dave even refused to correct it! THAT'S REALLY TERRIBLE SERVICE! PLEASE FIX ALL THE MISTAKES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!”

“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the impractical and seemingly harsh restrictions and policies associated with the evaluation order process. My school submitted my documents using their official email address, which is directly connected to the Iran Ministry of Education. However, I was disappointed to learn that these documents were not accepted solely because the email lacked a website link. It's important to note that the email address in question is part of the government system, and many schools, including mine, do not possess distinct websites. Consequently, I was compelled to send my documents via mail, incurring a significant cost. Unfortunately, this process caused me to miss the deadline for submission to the university. I am struggling to comprehend the rationale behind these stringent rules, especially considering that all of my documents were authentic and verified. Furthermore, my school promptly and efficiently transmitted the required information to your office. I found it perplexing that there was no information on your website indicating the necessity for a school to have an official website. “This product is just broken. I have the videos to prove it. The company support is just bad. This is the kind of company that you can't not work with because the educational institution requires it. Therefore, they don't have to make their product good. Therefore, it will never be good.”

“You don't have a strong understanding of the teaching process in Canada. Despite me having the school credentials, an active Ontario license, and ten years of experience teaching high school in Canada, your report has determined I can only teach middle school - which I have never taught. Your report has undone my career.”

“On Oct 17th I went to the office and filled out everything I needed. They scanned the document I needed translation for. The system said it will take 4-6 days to get the translated doc back. It wasn't until the 24th when I noticed an update on my account. I contacted IEE thru chat and whatsapp and didn't get much information. Over whatsapp they told me that the doc will be ready by nov 7th I told them that was not the agreement and that I was not happy. At the end I got the doc 10 days later. I'm gonna think twice before I use this company in the future”

“Illogical interpretation of Irish grading system. Grading rubric equating a 1% grade difference (70%-69%) as a 17.5% decrease in GPA (4.0-3.33). Grading rubric includes an A- (3.67 GPA), but was told that this grade was “impossible” to get using their own grading logic, even when attaining a grade 1% less than an A+! Will be using WES and recommending to all of my college peers to avoid IEE at all costs. WES was able to provide me with a fair and accurate report reflecting a much more fair interpretation of my grades. IEE has slow email reply times and long hold times. Held for 25 minutes for a supervisor to be told he wasn’t available. 0/5 star experience will actively advocate against the use of this service.”
