I hope you are fine, My name is Tahir Habib Qureshi, and my reference/order # is 1632257367, I evaluate my education credentials from you guys and I uploaded all my documents including my Master's Degree and Transcript (Master of Computer in Computer Science ). I got an equivalency from the portal and I notice that you didn't consider my master's and gave me an equivalency of my bachelor's only. Please reconsider your re-evaluation and gave me a new evaluation after evaluating my all documents. For reference, I attached my both Master's Degree and Transcript here.

I ordered a Evaluation because I needed my German high school education evaluated, I did some research and made sure beforehand with their customer service and even to the evaluation team what exactly I needed and what my expectations were. Not only did they Evaluate my High School Education wrong but also my Associates Degree just because it was in Scottish credits I acquired that already had U.S Recognition. Their Evaluation also wasn’t done in 3 days as stated on their Website. Customer Service takes forever to get a reply back. And even after explaining them that they didn’t do the evaluation correctly and completely ignored my expectations they are not issuing me a refund with the sole explanation that they provided the service I paid for. Which is definitely not the case!! A different company evaluated it the way I needed this is how I know their evaluation was incorrect. I do not recommend this service at all!

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with International Education Evaluations that has left me utterly disappointed and stressed. My university had sent important documents via mail to this organization, but they failed to receive them, putting me in an incredibly difficult situation. From the very first day, I had high expectations for International Education Evaluations, considering their reputation as a trusted institution for evaluating educational credentials. However, their inability to efficiently handle something as basic as receiving mail has made me question their competence and reliability. When my university informed me that they had sent my documents to International Education Evaluations, I was hopeful that the evaluation process would proceed smoothly. Unfortunately, I soon discovered that the organization had not received the mail, which had serious consequences for my academic and professional plans. It is essential to mention that my university followed all the necessary protocols and provided the correct address, leaving no room for errors on their part. This negligence on the part of International Education Evaluations has had severe repercussions for me. It not only delayed my academic progress but also jeopardized my chances of securing certain opportunities that were contingent on the evaluation of my educational credentials. Their incompetence has left me feeling stranded and uncertain about my future. In conclusion, my experience with International Education Evaluations has been incredibly disappointing. Their failure to receive important mail from my university has caused significant inconvenience and distress. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to exercise caution and explore alternative options that prioritize efficiency and reliability.

Your team can not communicating and they do not listen to their Customer as well. I paid lots of money but they couldn’t make it in time. They ruined all my appointment and I am not happy with their service! Thanks.

Dear CEO David Haynes, I hope this review is being read by you as well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a payment discrepancy for an education evaluation order that I placed with IEE on June 12, 2023. As a valued customer, I am disappointed and frustrated by the unexpected change in payment requirements after selecting the delivery type "MyIEE Institution Portal Complimentary," which initially indicated that the cost would be waived. On June 19, 2023, I received notification from Supervisor Zara stating that I needed to make a payment for the evaluation, which came as a surprise to me.Almost after 7 days of placing the order, how will I know as a customer that I need to make any sort of payment? I believe that if an order is accepted in the system and the cost is initially waived off, it should be honored accordingly. Following the receipt of your email, I contacted IEE again today, on June 20, 2023, and reiterated that if there is a glitch in your system and the order has been accepted, as a customer, I should not be held responsible for the cost. Supervisor Zara mentioned that she would get back to me after consulting with the Admin team. However, during call at 2:25 PM on 06/20/2023, she informed me that the verification fee of $200 would be waived, but I would need to pay $150 for the evaluation fee, in addition to a $15 shipping fee. This contradicts the voicemail she left earlier June 20,2023 , where she stated that the evaluation fee was $50. Therefore, my understanding is that I should only be required to pay $50 for the evaluation fee and $15 for the shipping fee, as the $200 verification fee is waived off. Still I was forced to pay $165 by Client Manager Shadiqa even though I had shared the voicemail of Supervisor Zara who mentioned the evaluation fee is $50 plus the shipping fee for returning the certificates i.e $15, so the total should be $65. This is called looting as even after the fault of IEE, the customer is being charged even after showing the evidences of it.

Hi! I have nothing good to say for this company. I placed an order over a week ago, paid for the 3 day service and today I called and they apparently haven't even started working on my file! Someone screwed up over there cos my order was placed with a Rep over the phone and they knew what I needed (A provisional certification). I have a School waiting for these documents to be sent to be able to contract me and I may be loosing on this opportunity. The Rep said they would speak with the people that do the docs but no time frame has been given on when this will be resolved.

The evaluation is out of reality. You do not really evaluate the equivalence in the degree. You just give the same score for everything.

I’m too upset. I sent my diplomas from Russia. After the evaluation it’s appeared that you can not send them back to me, to Russia. You work only with DHL and FedEx, and they do not work with Russia because of sanctions. But I sent my papers to you via Pony Express easily. Ok, I gave another address - to my sister in Armenia. On my own way I have to solve and deliver from Armenia to Russia. But I paid already for getting them back. And now again mails from IEE and DHL… strange mails, that they need some more information, or they won’t send my diplomas and they’ll come back to IEE, but no information what they need. I waste so much time and nerves only with a question of delivery. Please just send them back to me! Please!

Order #1632251215 I hope you can help me to let your educational evaluation team to remove explanatory notes. Just write: US EQUIVALENCY l Unaccredited Master of Arts degree in Community Psychology l Accredited Graduate certificate in Social and Community Psychology And obviously that doesn't change the reported result. It is equivalent to the combination of the conclusions of the first edition report and the second edition report.

It's been over a week and I am still unable to access my report. Support has stopped responding to me. They send an automated email saying the report is attached but nothing is attached. You can not download the report from their website. No possibility of a refund. 0 stars

As I mentioned in my last call and email sent, I would like to request a refund of the service. I was contacted 10 days after my order to let me know you needed an extra payment or the certified translations. 10 days after my order meaning this company is not complying with what it says on the website. It has been a non pleasant experience at all do business with you and therefore I won't be able to recommend this company at all.
