On Oct 17th I went to the office and filled out everything I needed. They scanned the document I needed translation for. The system said it will take 4-6 days to get the translated doc back.
It wasn't until the 24th when I noticed an update on my account.
I contacted IEE thru chat and whatsapp and didn't get much information. Over whatsapp they told me that the doc will be ready by nov 7th
I told them that was not the agreement and that I was not happy. At the end I got the doc 10 days later.
I'm gonna think twice before I use this company in the future
