“I evaluated my degree with IEE, I have a bachelor degree in Medicine from Afghanistan but they wrote doctor of Medicine instead of bachelor in my degree which is not acceptable for my desired university. Although I EE told me that they will contact with my desired university, they didn’t contact yet. I am waiting for more than one week, despite sending emails to IEE , they didn’t respond me yet. They just get your money then through you away.”

“A lot of miscommunications and I was charged almost $300 for a translation that was not necessary. It took two months to have everything done. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. I suggest more organization.”

“I asked evaluation on my college diploma that was names as Chung Gyun Choi But you created document different name , Asked another 50 dollars for the name change. This is very bad If you want to make more money,please use a different way. Still I didn't receive original name evaluation documents which should be in mane of Chung Gyun Choi. For this, I have to pay more ?”

“Long evaluation time and Slow evaluation report! Select 3 days to report but more than a month to report, evaluation procedures and steps are not clearly explained on the page, the need to provide CSSD evaluation certificate is not explained! The content of the evaluation report is not professional and clear! It is not explicitly specified which level of academic or degree my academic or degree is equivalent to in the United States. My request for a 3-day expedited refund of $50 was also denied. The experience of applying for the certification report was terrible.”

“You don't do enough research before report finalisation. How can IEE say my school is not accredited when the school has graduated several people who are doing very well in various industries for years.”

“I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with myiee.org regarding order #1632261311, placed on August 17th. Despite promptly uploading necessary documents and receiving a confirmation, I was later told of a system error which apparently resulted in the loss of my documents. After complying with resubmission requests, I faced further delays in receiving my document evaluation. The communication gap and lack of timely updates have been extremely frustrating, undermining my trust in the organization. Given the promises made by myiee.org, such delays are unacceptable.”

“They took 3500 extra saying that they will go to my btech college and to the anathapur but they didnt showed any proof that they went to college. I dont know are they faking or really they went .please provide me the proof of that”

“I am totally unsatisfied with the review. I uploaded my Secondary school certificate and Higher Secondary school certificates on the same day. Both certificates were not reviewed in the report. Looks like waste of money and time for me.”

“I have had to call Customer Service 6-7 times starting from the very 1st day of paying for the service. They did not do their own checks to verify the email of the school, despite it being on the school website, kept telling me that they did not receive the official transcripts from the school, which was a lie, did not evaluate the transcript correctly, as my son graduated from school and they said it was in progress, all in all, one of the worst experiences of my life and for such an expensive service. MyIEE is not about helping customers but about collecting and getting your money.”

“I hope you are fine, My name is Tahir Habib Qureshi, and my reference/order # is 1632257367, I evaluate my education credentials from you guys and I uploaded all my documents including my Master's Degree and Transcript (Master of Computer in Computer Science ). I got an equivalency from the portal and I notice that you didn't consider my master's and gave me an equivalency of my bachelor's only. Please reconsider your re-evaluation and gave me a new evaluation after evaluating my all documents. For reference, I attached my both Master's Degree and Transcript here.”
