“The worst service on the appraisal market. I did the first evaluation, sent the data of the second, after 3 days they claimed not to have received everything, and I sent everything through the site, is practically 8 days and nothing to deliver. Now the attendant asks for 200 dollars to be able to expedite. Terrible this company”

“Even I give a "offiical documents" to your service. But I got a email from school, this is an "Unofficial version" I wasting my days and $320 for nothing. Horrible experience”

“I would have loved to give a good review about my experience, after I received the confirmation from IEE that my official transcript has reached the school, the school is yet to make a confirmation if they have received the transcript, or for it to reflect on the portal of my intending school. Can you please further make a confirmation if the document has been reach the school?”

“The review was poorly done because my master's degree transcript was sent from my school to IEE using an official email but IEE commented on the evaluation that I submitted a scanned copy which I don't even have. It is so sad, not sure if that will affect my admission outcome.”

“I sent them an MD( medical doctor) degree diploma and transcripts( I am from Iran) and they have evaluated it as an undergraduate degree! I think it is really offensive , I am a medical doctor snd they say it is undergraduate degree, I asked them to write the evaluation as A, A-, B, B- and … but they have only included A,B,C,D . their evaluations are worst”

“Terrible service. I paid for rush delivery with extra fees and no one contacted me for a week and didn't deliver the evaluation on time.i had to contact you everyday and still there was no followup. I was going to miss my deadline for application simply because of your incompetence and lack of consideration. It took more than 2 weeks for the final product after daily calls to your customer centre. Your teams don't care at all about the work and are exploiting the students mentally by putting them in situations where they miss applying for a full year because you cannot communicate or followup for services that you are paid exorbitantly for. I will never ever recommend you to any student and make sure to tell everyone I know never to use IEE”

“I asked for an evaluation for just my university transcript, but for some reason you also asked for my highschool documents, and when my school sent them you kept saying that they were sent from an unverifiable email. My problem was only solved when I made it clear that I don't want my highschool documents to be evaluated. These problems caused my evaluation to be sent only 2 days before the deadline, so you can imagine the stress I endured during the whole ordeal.”

“Worst evaluation service ever. The team did not actually equate my hard earned Doctoral degree to anything. To be perfectly honest, they evaluated and equated it to “training”, which is basically nothing in the academic world, despite the fact that my degree had already been evaluated and deemed equivalent to its US doctoral counterpart by another agency that follows follows AACRAO evaluation guidelines and is a member of TAICEP, NAFSA, EAIE and NAGAP. I even provided them with a copy of the evaluation report to make life easier. Also, the team didn’t follow any of our initial agreements over emails. Finally, they didn’t stick with the 3-day deadline falsely advertised in the website. Honestly, I feel tricked by this company and I would like to request a refund or a review for my report# 1632243222. I totally disagree with the report result.”

“They normally provide equalency by basis of admission requirements, suppose master requirements minimum 2 year maximum no issue so they follow minimum and if master base on 3 year they give you bachelor's degree even previous education is 16 years 120 hours, they not do equalency viva credit hours l. They have different pattern not same standard pattern for all basis on each help desk and seems don't have training about what's the credits hours.”

“Hidden cost. IEE does not make it clear what extra copies would cost to their customers and even their website do not make it clear. IEE just will charge $50 for ONE extra copy sent by email. If you consider IEE just because their initial evaluation fee sounds affordable, you should be careful. There are hidden cost in future when you need your first extra copy.”

“Honestly besides the online customer service staff who were so nice and helpful, I am extremely disappointed in this service and regret the money I paid for such insufficient service. Luckily I was the first of my group of friends who wanted to use this website and this service and thus was able to tell them about my experience so they could use another website and not this one. For further evaluations of my coming scores and full program transcripts, I decided to go with another organization within the NACES eventhrough I'd have to pay the full price. Overall, I thank the nice online customer service staff who listened and guided me, but I regret every penny spent in this website and all the lost resources, and hence would never recommend this to anyone.”

“When I first emailed your staff about the process of transcript evaluations and sending copies, they explained to me that I have to pay a one time order fee and then I can send additional copies of that order for 20$. Now, I want to send more copies and they tell me that I need to `` re-open`` an order for 50$ then I can send more copies. No one explained to me that I would have to ``re-open`` an order if I wanted to send more copies of digital files, for which I already paid more than 400$, over free emails.”

“Very poor evaluation and wrong language translation . I am totally upset with the evaluation department as they never accepted my simple requests. I will never ever recommend IEE to any of my friends/colleagues. Translation of my degree was wrong and I tried to contact company several times and no one gave any satisfactory response. I was told that someone from the company will correct the translation of my document and will contact me regarding the same but it has been more than a week for more than a week without any response. You can not ask for the refund even if there is no service provided to you what you paid for. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!”

“CANADIAN TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION BEWARE!! I recently used IEE to evaluate my Canadian transcript with the goal of transferring credits to a US bachelor program. After a few weeks and spending close to $300, in my evaluation report, IEE assigned the majority of my classes with extremely low credits (given me 0.60 credits for most of my classes) so now I can’t even transfer any of my college classes to the bachelor program. This was not the first time I had gotten my transcript evaluated, in fact a few years ago I went with a different evaluation company and they had given me way higher credits for the SAME classes that IEE had to evaluate. IEE assigned most of my classes to 0.60 credits while the company I used in the past gave me 3 credits for the same exact classes. I honestly don’t understand how IEE goes about their evaluations and they clearly don’t know anything about Canadian equivalency. Please beware. If I had known this I would have opted for a different company.”
