I have had to call Customer Service 6-7 times starting from the very 1st day of paying for the service. They did not do their own checks to verify the email of the school, despite it being on the school website, kept telling me that they did not receive the official transcripts from the school, which was a lie, did not evaluate the transcript correctly, as my son graduated from school and they said it was in progress, all in all, one of the worst experiences of my life and for such an expensive service. MyIEE is not about helping customers but about collecting and getting your money.
