“My experience with IEE is the worst possible. First, I paid for an official evaluation, and IEE tricked me in an email to agree to provisional one without telling me I need to pay again 50$ to get an official one when it's done and then after I complained IEE finally did an official one but again asked to pay to receive it in my mail. IEE are the worst! I will never again use IEE services and I will rate IEE everywhere negatively. I had an Education Credentials Evaluators translate my BA and MA from Serbian to English and evaluate it for 180$ and send it to me by mail, no questions asked. IEE literally did the poorest work, they didn't even translate anything, and they want more money constantly to get something that I already paid for. Absolute disgrace of the service. The only positive there are the people answering the phone and that's all.”

“IEE completed my evaluation quickly, and I used them because I was desperately running out of time to apply to my school. International Education Evaluations are too damn expensive and don't make sense! First, they advertise "GET YOUR INTERNATIONAL CREDENTIALS IN 3 DAYS" What they don't tell you is that you will pay extra for every stupid service including those 3 days advertised! They advertise a price of $165 reduced from $195. This does not include them giving you a copy, or even sending a copy to the institution. My fees went up to $295 for me to get evaluations in 3 days and to get a copy emailed. IEE then reached out for me to pay extra if I needed a hard copy sent to me. If you have time to look for cheaper, better and more straight forward service, please do so! I would not recommend this company!”

“I am very dissatisfied with the service. The evaluation was not done properly. I do not care much for what my GPA becomes but more of if the evaluation was done properly or not. I fedl like I wasted money on this service and the service did not do enough research into swedish academic system to do the evaluation. Is seems the company only looked into swedish high school and not swedish university. I definitely won't recommend this company to anyone now or in the future.”

“They are showing that I have started my bachelor's in 2017 while it's 2018. I am really disappointed with this thing. After paying so much for a single evaluation, this mistake isn't acceptable at all”

“Significantly delayed and severely overpriced service (which almost caused me overshooting my application deadline). Unprofessional and sometimes rude outsourced customer support in the Philippines, with “staff” that can’t answer any questions and won’t bother to re-assure or do any other “customer related gesture”.. At the end, after twenty reminders got what I needed with an explanation of “we screwed up with our own procedures, but you know what - let’s make it all your fault since that’s how we feel”. Overall, it felt like that whole process was tailored to make young, inexperienced, and overly polite international applicants feel intimidated and forced to pay extras for “expedited service” in fears of missing out their deadlines. But that’s just my experience, nothing else.”

“I've never written a review like this before, but there's a first time for everything.. I have sent two evaluation orders to IEE. The first one was great, all on time. The Second, ongoing order, is a COMPLETE DISASTER! As if the first one was only a performance. I wish I never submitted the second. They made me miss my university deadline! My university sent the transcript 8 DAYS ago. I received no emails. The first time I contacted support, they said they did receive the document from my uni. The Second time I contacted support (since they were taking too long to simply verify they received it) they said they didn't receive anything from my uni! Then they said, ''oh yes we got it, but we can't accept it. Please send another official scanned copy of the transcript'' Well I'm very grateful you just realized that just now. Completely unprofessional. Customer support is clueless, and will just give you pre-prepared responses. A piece of advice from a fellow student, go make your evaluations somewhere else!”

“Interface is easy to use and I appreciate the chat function. However my results were evaluated incorrectly, lowering my overall GPA. When I emailed to appeal against the evaluation, I was promptly told that it was “IEE’s policy”. So your policy is to not listen to customers? I know my college’s marking guidelines better than you do. I don’t know if this will work against me in my college applications.”
