“I paid for copies for my College and they didn't receive it. How can I make sure that you sent them if customer support (Zera) doesn't help me with an answer!!”

“Service was not satisfactory. I have opted for verification and received 3.24. when I aksed for re-verification they told we have done and there is no change in your GPA.But if i go with other evaluation i'm getting more than 3.25.Simply wasted 215$..”

“Unnecessary fees, confusing wording of services, useless costumer service. When I wanted to cancel my order, there was a $75 cancellation fee so I ended up sticking with the service. I had originally paid for a verification fee, but then I was able to get my university to email the transcript and I was never reimbursed the verification fee. There are other companies who offer the same service that are cheaper.”

“I received my documents on time. The quality of your paper is horrible. My official documents (diploma) did not print properly. The text of this official documents is cut. Not complete!!! I can not used it. We payed the big price for that. Shame on You! This is just stealing money and not be respectful of your clients and business. Just Unacceptable. I will not recommend you services to anyone. Christelle.”

“IEE provides a high-quality product. The documentation and evaluation deliverables are very good and produced in a timely fashion. Historical requests have been delivered quickly. The last request where I quickly realized I already had a high transcript processed was handled very poorly. I would rank IEE as one of the worse Customer Service experience I have ever experienced. On a total of 3 phone calls, I waited on-hold for Lily and/or a customer service person for a combined 90+ minutes. As a customer I was left with the perception that Lily purposely left me on-hold for an extended period of time. On multiple occasions, employees just hung up on me. This behavior is very unprofessional and rude. During my conversation with Lily she appears to "Lecture" me about customer service and website development and I should read the website. I have 30+ years in the IT industry and worked for fortune 500 companies so I understand the concept of customer service and web development. I have reached out to the various college I am working with right now in the Charlotte area and shared my experience with IEE and with my associates I work with in the IT industry. I am fine if Lily and IEE needs the $202 more than me. In summary- IEE gets an A+ for producing a quality produce and F- (minus) for customer service and customer satisfaction.”

“My schools have not received the copies that I have sent them and are still requesting them from me after several months. I have paid so much money and spent too much time on this. I wish I had used a different company at this point.”

“Please be aware!! This company sent my evaluation to a wrong school address and asking me to pay extra 50$ for their mistake. They released my personal information to wrong institution and I will be contacting a lawyer for it.”

“My main complaint is about your fees/prices. Not so much about the absolute amount, but the way you present them. In my case, I looked at your website, and I only saw a special price of $145, based on an agreement with SANS Institute. My evaluation was an employer reimbursed process and I made a MOU with my employer based on that amount (plus a small extra free for postal services, to send you the original documents). AFTER that I found out that there is “Verification fee” of $50, and at the end, an international shipping fee of $65 (you have only one, very expensive option for international shipping, US to Canada). Anecdotally, I only paid about $15 for sending you the documents). So, in the end, for a process that was supposed to be fully reimbursed by my employer, I ended up paying $110 out of my pocket. Please specify ALL the fees up front. Stefan S.”

“I chose this company because their website indicated that academic transcripts could be sent to them, from me. This was not the case. When I asked for a refund, one of the people who I spoke to refused to give me the information I asked for. Nor would that person put me through to someone else.”
