“This is the worst organization I have encountered within the US. I was forced to by a product wasn’t not fitting on my needs Ana after I tried to call and email them multiple times I have got no response. I suggest everybody to don’t choose this business.”

“There's nothing to review. The evaluations should be provided in the customer's account. I can not even view my application because the recipient I entered was the university I applied to thinking the I would be able to view the evaluation on myiee account. I think the option should be made available. It's not a must to pay additional $20 just to be able to view the evaluation as email. I hope you work on this! Thanks”

“My IEE has no idea what they are doing. If you're from Canada or Quebec, DON'T use this service.”

“Very expensive and not professional if you didn't get what you were supposed to get and ask a refund they will charge you 75 dollars from your payment. There are alot of better options around just do more research.”

Hi- Thank you for your concern. It is our policy to only hold the $75 application fee if we have begun working on the evaluation and no follow up order has been placed. Because of our FREE industry-leading 5-day standard processing time (an extra $50-200 up-charge for most evaluation companies), most orders at IEE begin processing within hours of being received.

“The initial transaction I had with IEE last year (2020) was good. Recently, I have been connecting with them to request an additional copy of my evaluation and they can't address my concern properly. They have this option for Email Delivery but they lack the email address field for Recipients. I connected with them thru live chat and phone as my application to get into a grad program is highly time-sensitive. I addressed my issue and yet they can only suggest that I choose the mail delivery (domestic priority) option. That is a very poor response and does not make sense because why would you offer a service (email delivery) if you know you can't do it, right? Go elsewhere if you need your evaluation and if you know you'll need extra copies in the next 5 years.”

“The review is unprofessional and I would like it to be reexamined. An LLB degree is equivalent to a JD as it is a terminal degree in law that qualifies one to be admitted to the bar association after bar exams. In the US, JD is a "first professional degree in law", like LLB. LLBs are recognized by the bar associations of California and New York, and other states, as qualifying to take bar exams and be admitted to the bar. It should not be compared to an "undergraduate credit". the degree was conferred by a law school and there is no other degree that qualifies lawyers, this is the system of British legal education and in the countries following the same education system like Israel.”

“I'm totally unsatisfied from your team. They skipped my some of my documents and when i contacted to evaluate those too they just gave me another revision bill. It's purely unethical. I won't suggest anyone.”

“When I called for quote they told me that that the transcript will take 5 business days. I took over 4 weeks. Also,Ask for a paper evaluation and ask only to pay 15 dollars for the mail back the evaluation and my documents and I got to be charged 30 dollars. It was the same address.”

“I will put a 5 if you resolve my problem asap. I am running late for enrolment. The diploma is just one thing of the list to do for enrollment. Can you help me , please? I was not satisfied a week ago. I wrote the complaint last monday. Thanks for your attention”

“My report came back with a mistake of the country and i called to let them know, so we can get it solved. and instead of the women on the phone helping me, she wanted to get rid of me and just told me to send an email instead, which i did on friday and its almost a week and till now I haven’t received any reply!!!!”

“To whom it may concern, I am highly disappointed with your evaluation outcome, Your evaluation result was based on Racism..... Stopping Black People from going to School HND in Nigeria is a four years program, equivalent to a degree. One who does not have a degree cannot apply for PostGraduate... International Institute of Journalism is affiliated to the University of Maiduguri.... Own and founded by Ngeria Union of Journalist..”

“They really do not know their work you should know your bad work can ruin the life of a person. It is recoirment 8f the employer thanks to you I did not got the job. 2 years of education completing 3 semesters does not worth to you. If you do not know how to contact to a institution its your fault not ours that is the reason we pay you highly disappointed will not recommend.”

“The service received from Internationa Educational Evaluations is unsatisfactory for the following reasons: 1. IEE recommended the translation service which hasn't accurately translated documents. 2. I complained about the evaluation r from the IEE representative and was referred to a website and some organization that doesn't seem legitimate. The reason for questioning their validity is following: evaluator reasoning and facts are not backed up by the website or the organization in question . 3. I requested an itemized bill because I don't know what service did I pay for. At the end it looks that the organization took foods but acknowledged in the letter that the evaluation is not completed due to a of original documents. So, why would a legitimate business collect the payment knowing that they won't be able to provide service they offer? I believe that I will pursue this issue on the higher level because I'm really disappointed with the service revived from International Education Evaluations.”

“IEE online application system does not easily allow you to request an e-copy of evaluations. I paid for an e-copy and needed to call to get one after I was asked to pay an additional $50. On the other hand return of original documents is too expensive. Evaluation is not accurate, it is poorly interpreted in regards to 3-year Bologna compliant bachelor's degrees. Bachelor's degrees cannot be and should not be downgraded to Associate. Overall it cost me money and time and evaluation is useless. I wish I can request a refund.”
