My main complaint is about your fees/prices. Not so much about the absolute amount, but the way you present them. In my case, I looked at your website, and I only saw a special price of $145, based on an agreement with SANS Institute. My evaluation was an employer reimbursed process and I made a MOU with my employer based on that amount (plus a small extra free for postal services, to send you the original documents). AFTER that I found out that there is “Verification fee” of $50, and at the end, an international shipping fee of $65 (you have only one, very expensive option for international shipping, US to Canada). Anecdotally, I only paid about $15 for sending you the documents). So, in the end, for a process that was supposed to be fully reimbursed by my employer, I ended up paying $110 out of my pocket.
