Hello John, I see on your order your were asked to submit a new scan of your certificate because the one provided was a cropped photo. Once we received your document, your evaluation was completed within 5 business days. One copy was emailed to you and the other was mailed as requested. “Inaccurate flat out wrong evaluation and i paid 300 dollars for it, and was upon completion asked to pay another 40 dollars so I would receive my original translations and diplomas back. Straight up ignored two of the documents I sent, saying they have "no educational value." I feel really scammed and won't be recommending this company to anybody I like. Furthermore the United States military will hear of how poorly you did and hopefully take you off their list of recommendations so you don't get more business from people trying to enlist.”

“Keep sending me back and forth after telling me they have everything to do my evaluation. Finally took me me like a month while I paid for emergency price. And despite of all of it they been asking me to pay in order to have a copy of my evaluation send to my home address. Sucks. Dessapointed”

“They did my transcript evaluation and it was fine.But I had to order an `email`copy for that high price they waited to send it in 10 days? I am very dissapointed.I am glad I didnt order an actual `mail`copy or else it would take months I believe.”

“Very disappointed. Showed little knowledge of the New Zealand education system, or the American equivalencies. For a degree that is typically only offered at master's level in the U.S., IEE couldn't even affirm a 4-year degree equivalency do to the 3-year Bachelor's time-scale. This shows no regard for the higher level of STEM achieved in New Zealand high schools compared to the United States. New Zealand university entrance level STEM classes all assumed Calculus level from their High School graduate entrants. Despite hints in my order to the effect that my degree was in "Operations Research" (the U.S. label), the response stuck with "Management Science" (a U.K. label). That these terms are exact equivalents is easy to confirm beyond doubt, and an International Education Evaluation for the U.S. market should be able to make that translation. I could never recommend IEE for any New Zealand graduate looking to enter the U.S. market.”

“So far I am disappointed with IEE. My Evaluation has not been sent to me or the college I requested. I cannot get ahold of anyone to help me. I cannot recommend at this time.”

“Some days ago I wrote about my disagreement with your resolution about my studies. This is what I said: 1. College of BA in USA are 4 years, I studied 6 years in Ecuador 2. I also made a thesis to be graduated. 3. A friend of mine, that lives here. That studied in the same University in Ecuador the same studies, you gave here College and master. I hope you will reevaluate the result You answered that the standards change. I doubt about that answer, because BA here are 4 years. I am attaching the resolution of my friend. This was asked at the beginning, then you change their minds. The resolution of my friend is 134-2040. November 17 2015 Thanks Olga”

“If you value your nerves, time, and money do not deal with this evaluation organization. 1. 6 months instead of 2-3 weeks 2. every strong pressure from Ms. Baker to re-do translation through IEE 3. We had to re-do translation 3 times (just because we had on original translation word "copy" but had notary stamp and apostle on it. 4. instead of 4 years of undergraduate degree in physical education and sport, I received 2 years of NO Specific/undergraduate credit 5. evaluator used wrong year archive and distance learning ( I was in full time face to face classes NOT distance learning) 6. On the moment of my graduation, my program was 4 years ( and 2,939 hours of full program with state scholarship) 7. Even years ago, AACRAO gave me 4 years of physical Education and Sport”

“Poor Evaluation. I got an evaluation saying my school was not accredited at the time I attended. All schools start from somewhere with regional and later international accreditation. Why was the year my school got accredited not included in the evaluation. I felt I just wasted good money for nothing.”

“Do not trust this Evaluation center. 1) After ordering an evaluation while I was on the phone and the guy who I was speaking with asked me to put only university address , I realized I had to also .mention my home address to receive my original documents back which the guy on the phone told me only put university address, I called 3 times after ordering , they got my order number ID and all 3 people told me yes you will get it not university. But they ended up to send to the university and university thought it’s theirs and ruined my original document by stamping and separating apostil from it. 2) when I got my Evaluation I noticed it’s not correct, when I called I realized any practical with no hours that in my country was mentioned by weeks, they decided to put 0 credit. Instead of contacting me and ask me to require my university to give hours instead of weeks. Thanks God I’ve noticed and once I called iee and realized they count 0 for any unit was mentioned by weeks I was able to request from my university hours for those unit and order re evaluation, so I was to have gpa above 3. As a evaluation center, they must know the differences between giving an hours in other countries. Instead of requiring the matching information to evaluate they consider 2 weeks as 0 which had very wrong and bad effect. If it wasn’t me noticing This ,I couldn’t re evaluate and correct it and get the correct gpa. 3) I still didn’t receive my money back for postal service for posting my ruined documents from university to me that has been sent to the university by their lack of attention and disadvantages. 4) very irresponsible with email 5) I ordered also translation that they translate the stamps organization name which had already English version on it to wrong organization name. That was so funny and frustrating meanwhile cause that stamp had Armenian , Russian and English version and even didn’t need to be translated. And they answer was we did research. It’s like I see on documents FDA and instead of using that I do google search and find other meanings and organization and put FFA. Still , they are very irresponsible to returning the money. Answering emails. I wasted many hours in order to get email back from I believe manager named Baker. By calling millions time and talking to Red . Also , Red is good by requesting from manager but never follow up to see if I got the email, answer or money back which he promised he will. I never receive any phone call for follow up that every time they told me they will. Also, when I called they got number but didn’t return phone call. And once I called back they told me he left the office without returning the call. So irresponsible. Don’t waste your money and time with their service. Now I need to spend so much money to get to my country and get original diploma. Or send notarized documents to someone to get it for me which is not doable for me.”

“Friendly staff but they give incorrect information. When I started the process in June 2020, I read the instructions on their site and also called in to verify some things. I was told one thing, and further down in the process realized what I did was incorrect (based on what their customer service told me). It added more time in the process and money spent during COVID. Also, I thought I would have received a copy of the Final Evaluation, which really was not any different from the Provisional Evaluation. Overall, I'm not impressed with their product or service.”
