“I paid $60 for a translation of one page but IEE would not send translation to organization directly. They wanted me to pay for another service of $80 for that. Talk about taking advantage.”

“I sent your evaluation to an american university with the translation of my degrees... They said to me: You studied for 3 years..and in your IEE report we can see 2 years !!.. I do not pay for a review because it was no my mistake.”

“I am feeling frustrated that it has not arrived yet. I signed up for this agency because the processing speed was promised to arrive in 5 days. It’s been over 7 days since I received the email and exactly 6 business days since I received my confirmation email. I think it would be kind if this company sent a scanned email to the customer so I at the very least can see what it says. I am really hoping this evaluation arrives soon and is well done. I finally contacted this company and learned THEY DO NOT SEND an unofficial copy. This makes me furious because I have a right to know what the evaluation says which you’ve sent to my employer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMANY.”

“I had a really bad experience with the company. first, they said in 5 days the documents would be read. More than 10 days later I was still without the document. I send 3 or more emails without any answer. after 13 days, I wrote to a fill emails I found and received an answer that I was going to receive the evaluation that day. I did, but the evaluation was missing one roll year of my daughter, besides the IB grades was with the same amount as others. I had to ask for a review, and I had no idea if they send it right directly to de university she applied. I found this was a really bad experience.”

“I am sincerely not satisfied with the evaluation. I think that I lost my money(myee is expensive than other services) and I didn’t get a correct evaluation of my credits. To be more specific, I have a bachelor degree from my country (three years of post secondary school witch make the total 16 years of study if combined with previous study) and the U.S equivalent should be a bachelor degree too, but instead I was given 92 undergraduate credits for my complete bachelor, meaning that I need more undergraduate course; which is totally not correct. I had some few friends of mine who did WES evaluation and they were granted with bachelor’s degree for their regionally 3 years bachelors studies. So I think that myee should reconsider this in order to improve their organisation.”

“This company thinks that a three-year German degree, where only the "major" is studied in great detail, is not equivalent to a US-American degree, although the latter is simply like going to high-school all over again. Your evaluation and GPA calculation were highly inaccurate, so much so that every professor I talked to was wondering what went wrong there. You have caused a further delay in my grad school application, but thanks to you I found a credible and knowledgeable evaluation agency. Thanks again!”

“IEE staff are very negligent. They said they haven’t received all my documents without checking my envelope completely. They left my some of my documents in envelope and said those documents are missing from my side. But I was sure I sent all required documents. They kept my application on hold for 1-week for their mistake and I lost admission in one university. I asked them to double check. They double checked and found documents then they evaluated. I was paniced since they’re my original documents. Very disappointing. I would request for refund for the loss but i haven’t.”

Ms. Mamidi, We received your documents 11/30 and wrongly informed you we were missing some documentation that day. We did not hear from you until 12/07 and realized we did indeed have the documents necessary to complete your evaluation, accepting responsibility for our mistake. We upgraded you to Same-Day service and had your evaluation completed and sent electronically to SAU the same day. We apologize that you view this as negligent and careless on our end. We tried our best to put your needs first, accept responsibility and make it right by getting your evaluation completed within the standard 5-day processing time that you paid for. “This is like a scam service, when you go to your payment transaction, it shows a website of a whole different company, it keeps deleting the documents I uploaded, return the files 3 days late than promised without any questions, also marked my M.S from Université Paris Saclay degree as a 1-year length while I did it for 2 years as a B.S. degree. The person who does the evaluation has no knowledge about the French study system (grandes écoles) and she just did an exchange art degree in France, so she had no knowledge at all.”

Hi Ms. Van Do, Thank you for providing us with your feedback. Please note that the evaluation was based upon documentation you provided IEE, which consisted of the diplomas earned upon completion of your studies. The L-M-D system and the University of Paris-Saclay employs the M1/M2 degree outcome, which denotes the length of program and ultimately affects the degree equivalency in the US system. As such, the diploma you provided from University of Paris-Saclay reflected one year of academic study, which was used to establish equivalency. If you would like to provide the releve de notes for your studies, you may request a revision from your account and submit these documents for adjustment. We are always happy to revise any evaluation when new documentation is provided.

“I just want say , Be Careful be careful be careful , because only for fill the application they make me pay $75.00 . And they didn’t complete any job at all . In my case I send my original high diploma and my transcript from Cuba I have that with me all my life since 1991 ; and because they demand that my document has to be sealed from a government office in Cuba and i explained to them I don’t have it like that at this moment and I explained also how difficult 😞 for me is to get that Bec I don’t have family in Cuba .I have to cancel the application ; they make me pay $75 just for nothing done . I feel like this is a fraud. And they can’t not get people money just for a Application online and they don’t do the job because their rules .”

Hi Santosh, you submitted your application 11/10, your documents were received 11/12, and your evaluation was completed and sent to you on 11/19 which is inline with our industry leading 5-day Standard processing time. We gave you the option to expedite your evaluation when you demanded to have it completed before the 19th however you declined. You are correct, we do not give refunds for completed evaluations. We hate this experience was the worst customer experience and wish you better luck next time with one of our competitors. Until then, be well.
