“Too bad.... they sent my document to the wrong address....my postal code is 918012526 but my document was sent to 918012573....and the document returned to the sender...when I asked for solving my problem , they said I should pay again. that is not acceptable....It was not my fault”

“This service didn’t meet my requirements sadly. I am aware I went to college for 3 years in my own country and was baffled as to why I was told my degree wasn’t a 4 year degree in the US. When I chose evaluation I wanted to know if I could work in the field I am now, in the US As I said I am none the wiser and $130 out of pocket.”

“Terrible! I asked for a correction of translation and that never happened, they made me buy another service to still not have what we need and my lawyer also tried to call them to see if they could do with something about it and they were not helpful. I will advise people to not hire this company’s services!”

“I paid $80 for evaluation and I was told that was not the correct one for school, I did not have the fund to complete the process and I told them to refund my money but by the time I knew it they told me they are done regardless if it was the correct one or not. They just needed my money”

“Entirely inaccurate system for translating grades. Be prepared to lose one whole letter grade for no other reason than that their method doesn’t acknowledge fine gradients. I.e., you can only be awarded 2.67, 3.0, 3.33, 3.67, etc. with no possibility of grades between those values.”

“I have tried to reach out somebody but the answer i got from the representative of this company is “IEE is not responsible if the state denied the documents” I doubt if my papers is even being evaluated. Here’s some part of the email I received from from the Laboratory field services, California 06/15/2022 =We have received a foreign transcript, it is not acceptable. We require an evaluation report. Non-U.S. transcripts must be evaluated by "Current Members" of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), or "Endorsed Members" of the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE). This allows LFS to determine if your education is equivalent to a U.S. education. Have the evaluation service send an evaluation of your educational institution and academic courses directly to LFS in a sealed envelope to the address below to the attention of the Phlebotomy Program.”
