I had a really bad experience with the company. first, they said in 5 days the documents would be read. More than 10 days later I was still without the document. I send 3 or more emails without any answer. after 13 days, I wrote to a fill emails I found and received an answer that I was going to receive the evaluation that day. I did, but the evaluation was missing one roll year of my daughter, besides the IB grades was with the same amount as others. I had to ask for a review, and I had no idea if they send it right directly to de university she applied. I found this was a really bad experience.
