IEE staff are very negligent. They said they haven’t received all my documents without checking my envelope completely. They left my some of my documents in envelope and said those documents are missing from my side. But I was sure I sent all required documents. They kept my application on hold for 1-week for their mistake and I lost admission in one university. I asked them to double check. They double checked and found documents then they evaluated. I was paniced since they’re my original documents. Very disappointing. I would request for refund for the loss but i haven’t.
