“I made a course by course evaluation with IEE. They made a mistake in the evaluation and it was a very painful process to be corrected. 5 days to answer a email for example, I don't think it is respectful.”

“The processing of the evaluation took a very long time than what I did expect. Also, after finalizing my report they did send me a tracking number via usps that it was mailed to the recipient. It was supposed to arrive in 16 dec 2020, but until today my credit evaluation report hasn’t arrived. When I send them my emails, they do not reply. I can’t contact usps, because I’m not the sender, it’s your job to follow up until the report has reached to its destination. If anyone of you working at IEE see this, I need my credit evaluation report delivered on time. Thank you”

“I paid EE $325.00 USD to International Education Evaluations, Inc. on Dec. 02, 2020. Today is 12/23/2020, and I didn't receive my documents by mail. trucking number? 92055901755477000303443656 Also your chat- staff are not friendly, and disconnected 3 times in our conversation. What I received by email is in unregular format, and not acceptable for the CPA exam, before payment I asked your representative to check if it will be good for the purpose. What it's meaning: "Note that such evaluation reports remain provisional in nature and it is highly recommended that the client submit original documents within 6 months of the report date so that IEE may complete a final evaluation report based on original academic documents?" Does it mean that I should pay again for the original? Why are you starting with scanned documents, if it's not acceptable, and I paid in as for original. You charged me twice for Domestic Priority delivery, and why only one trucking number? 92055901755477000303443656 Very disappointed, and I want to return my money. “You were so slow that I was late for what should have been submitted, even though I paid more to get my papers quickly ... a bad experience, especially since no apology was made despite repeated calls and no one offered to return the money we paid for the urgency of the papers ... I will not repeat the experience nor advise One should try it so that they do not know the levels of education of other countries”

“Very disappointed in your work. The first draft translation from Latin to English came through with the heading of the diploma stating Trustees of Boston University. Clearly I graduated from Boston College. When the final came through it had me graduating in 2008. It was clearly in Latin to English 1971.”

“I do not think the institution understand the process of evaluation. Before evaluate the content of credential, the evaluator need to have a sense of the institution, the rational of the program, the requirement of entry and the classification of the program as University.”

“Hello, I am very appreciate they are working very hard during pandemic period. But service delivery is very slow. I missed my deadlines with them. If you have short deadlines better to go with other agencies who can deliver service faster and will meet your deadlines. Thanks.”

“I cannot give you an good review because you guys didn’t send my diploma and transcript review to Bergen Community College financial aid office. I know this because I asked them and they said that they didn’t receive it. I have been through customer service many times and you guys have been uncooperative and unprofessional. I spent money for nothing. Your company has said that they sent it to the admissions office at Bergen community college, not what I specified. If you cannot complete the simple request that I payed 160 dollars for, I would like a refund. I am utterly”
