The initial transaction I had with IEE last year (2020) was good. Recently, I have been connecting with them to request an additional copy of my evaluation and they can't address my concern properly. They have this option for Email Delivery but they lack the email address field for Recipients. I connected with them thru live chat and phone as my application to get into a grad program is highly time-sensitive. I addressed my issue and yet they can only suggest that I choose the mail delivery (domestic priority) option. That is a very poor response and does not make sense because why would you offer a service (email delivery) if you know you can't do it, right? Go elsewhere if you need your evaluation and if you know you'll need extra copies in the next 5 years.
