“We had a feeling they have no idea about the Geneva educational system, and Switzerland in general. For example they thought it is 12 years, whereas it is 13 years. They compared all to the German system which is totally and absolutely different. They gave different grades for similar, equal courses, the communication was slow and unclear. A total mess. We had a clear feeling that they are not fluent in what they do but ask quite a lot for their services. Mess is the word. We are not sure where this will lead us. We gave them clear explanations, documents proves etc. But they are very far from the reality.”

“Delays are longer than expected. Specificities of foreign programs are not taken into account (if it is a very selective program for example) so the evaluation of the transcripts does not reflect the actual profile of the candidate. IEE just looks at tables to evaluate grades which makes no sense and it is outrageously expensive for what it is. In addition, I regret that it is impossible to order only an email copy of the evaluation but it is, once again, a strategy to make more money because IEE knows that clients don't have a choice but order it anyway. The only positive comment I could make is that communication with someone is easy thanks to the chat box.”

“I did not receive my high school diploma from Spain . I just receive a certificate where show a completion of grade 10 when I already taken a completion of grade 12 . Please a need a solution .”

“Lost 150$ , did not receive a refund at all. The company did not produce any evaluation because they do not take official french government issue document , I would never recommend this company. Customer support and verification team are not willing to understand specific cases or explain their process . They just wanted me to pay and after they didn't help. I was not able to send document to the administration on time. Big loss.”

“My order process has not been completed yet. My first document was shipped before a review copy sent. There were mistakes including both technical and language. The revised document has been recently sent for review by email and it is now complete. But, I was required to pay a fee second time for the shipping. It was not my fault so I have made a claim for this problem which has not been replied yet. I have been waiting for my document about two months and I urgently need a hardcopy. I would be grateful if you could solve my problem as soon as possible.”

“Should have read the reviews before I sent my documents for translation and evaluation. They only rip off customers!!! Asking for additional payment for translating documents due to high volume of information when pages barely contain any info.”

“Horrible. Shortcut to waste of my time and money. Not professional. ( misspell, late, and careless response ) Go with WES instead of IEE. Lastly, which school accept IEE transcript? NONE.”
