My order process has not been completed yet. My first document was shipped before a review copy sent. There were mistakes including both technical and language. The revised document has been recently sent for review by email and it is now complete. But, I was required to pay a fee second time for the shipping. It was not my fault so I have made a claim for this problem which has not been replied yet. I have been waiting for my document about two months and I urgently need a hardcopy. I would be grateful if you could solve my problem as soon as possible.
