Delays are longer than expected. Specificities of foreign programs are not taken into account (if it is a very selective program for example) so the evaluation of the transcripts does not reflect the actual profile of the candidate. IEE just looks at tables to evaluate grades which makes no sense and it is outrageously expensive for what it is. In addition, I regret that it is impossible to order only an email copy of the evaluation but it is, once again, a strategy to make more money because IEE knows that clients don't have a choice but order it anyway. The only positive comment I could make is that communication with someone is easy thanks to the chat box.
