“I am very disappointed with the service. I am still waiting for your team to contact me to solve the shipping issue. I have paid for overnight shipping and got my documents after two days. I have received emails from you saying you are going to solve this issue and then nothing. Very poor communication, super expensive and they are still not clear about what the evaluation consists of.”

“My feeling is that the service is very bad. The evaluator wrote my name wrong, which made the evaluation unavailable and wasted a lot of my time. I hope you can compare before you decide to cooperate with IEE. IEE is not a good choice. I am very dissatisfied IEE.”

“i have 3.7 CGPA (second class upper division) from my university. i was put on 2.5 here with EEI. My friend who used WES evaluation had 2.9 from hes university (second class lover division) and still had a 3.0 here. how come? when im ready to go back to school, i cant use EEI, i'll prefer to use WES.”

“I submitted four (4) diploma qualifications and two (2) advanced diploma qualifications of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) for USA Evaluation. The report I received for my evaluation states that Australian vocational qualifications have no academic coursework or examinations hence does not equate to any credit transfer in the USA. This comment clearly demonstrates this organisation has little or no understanding of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). Other countries of similar frameworks include South Africa, The United Kingdom, PNG, Asia Pacific and now other European countries are adapting this framework. I submitted two Advanced Diploma's (AQF - level 6) that scales as two Undergraduate Graduate Degrees under the AQF. The knowledge assessments (exams) that I sat were extensive and lengthy (not to mention the performance assignments and foundation skills). The report I received from IEE demonstrates their zero understanding of our system hence zero research was conducted prior to writing the report. I would have thought IEE would at least have taken to the time to do their homework as to how the Australian Qualifications Framework operates prior to making the assumption it is parallel to the out-dated vocational system of the USA. I paid $145.00 USD for this report and IEE did not take the time to research the international Australian system. I rate this service based on my first hand experience as lazy, ignorant and incompetent. Eden Findley International Vocational Education Consultant Sydney, Australia”

“I have two degrees in Russia and my request was a master’s degree in Psychology. If your specialists said from the beginning we cant, I was looking for another company. I sent my translating, but your specialists refused to make documents without your translating. Anyway, I decided to pay. But why nobody said me for my request no need to translate subjects? Why I must get an additional bill? I understand online service have some specification, but I got SO LOT of mails… Just check if you like it. This is junk. I understand is really nice and easy to translate and to evaluate diploma master’s to master’s. But unfortunately in Russia our government have changed status of the University degree a few times while I was getting study. I know my age people sometimes had the same problems with an evaluation that’s why the government had made accomplish reorganization. For example, my kids have diplomas 6 years and called master’s. I have the highest level of University degree at that time. After was only the scientist’s level. And my request was real. And sorry, this is about feeling… I am disappointed. When I was making requests your company I didn’t know I will feel like part of a computer game. I’m living from month to month and money I spent extremely …expensive. I am not playing, this is my real life and the only chance for socialization in US. And when Mr. Bradley for one hour was refusing to talk with me and after I’m getting mail “hello”. When the translator wrote mail, called down me, but didn’t check I paid about 10 days ago, but she didn’t start yet. I should think about how I can move over that.”

“The website has sign in issues,had to call every time I wanted to log in .I paid for it to get it sent in 5days ,got the email on the 8/6/2020 today is the 8/14/2020 still don’t know where my transcripts are????”

“Complete rip-off, didn't meet the promised processing time. "Domestic priority" delivery costs $15 and takes more than a week. $50 for an additional emailed copy of a report for which I paid already hundreds of dollars. Positive reviews must be fake.”

“The interpretation of my documents from my bachelor's degree where interpreted as a high school diploma. I really don't know why I got this interpretation. I sent my documents attached proving I have a bachelor degree. I was trying to contact some agents and one of them sent my an negligent email. The public school from Durham N.C recomend me with this institution but they also COMPLETLY disagree with the evaluation. I need to fix this wrong evaluation because is making me to lose the job. So what can I do?”

“I did not receive my 400$ high school evaluation transcripts! When I requested to get it send again, this time as an email they said I gotta pay 50$ again! Just for them to fix their mistake and for me to finally get my transcripts, which I need to start my AA. I feel played and I would never recommend that company! They didn’t even call me back when I requested to talk to someone in management! Just ignored the issue , now I gotta pay 50$ more!!!! Terrible customer service”

“Have submitted the document on july mid and still waiting. I wanted to apply to uni in fall and missed it as they are taking a long time. Horrible and will never use this again. I don't think I will get it anytime soon.”

“I do not recommend this evaluation service. it takes too long. I paid and uploaded all the documents on July 12, but still did not hear anything from them until today, July 30. I just need a general evaluation of my degree for my immigration process. On their website, it will take 10-15 business days for general evaluation. But, it seems it will take more than 20-25 days. I contacted them but they said I have to wait at least a few more days (but it seems he could not guarantee it as well).”

“I had a horrible experience. Do not use this service. They are cheap for a reason. They do not look at the documents you send but they make up stuff from their mind. Whatever they are familiar with, they will write down that in your equivalence. Earning money should not be this easy!”

“DO NOT USE IEE! Their evaluators do not know anything about the European university system, they are using an outdated method; they do not recognize the three-year European bachelor's degree as a US bachelor's degree, and are saying that the correct equivalency is a diploma that does not exist anymore since 2006 (Diplome de Maîtrise). They refused to recognize their incompetency and correct their mistakes for my evaluation, now I have to start over again with another service (WES). Not only will you pay more with IEE than other services, but you will constantly question whether or not this is a scam - it is impossible to connect with any reliable employee of this "company" throughout the process.”

“The evaluation took nearly 2 months even though it got advertised to be done after 2 weeks maximum. I had to call twice to get my evaluation done, I’m sure I’d still be waiting if I wouldn’t have called. It’s okey that things take longer but it’s rude to advertise to be able to deliver after 2 weeks and then take 2 months without any updates from the company’s side.”
