Friendly staff but they give incorrect information. When I started the process in June 2020, I read the instructions on their site and also called in to verify some things. I was told one thing, and further down in the process realized what I did was incorrect (based on what their customer service told me). It added more time in the process and money spent during COVID. Also, I thought I would have received a copy of the Final Evaluation, which really was not any different from the Provisional Evaluation. Overall, I'm not impressed with their product or service.
