The service received from Internationa Educational Evaluations is unsatisfactory for the following reasons: 1. IEE recommended the translation service which hasn't accurately translated documents. 2. I complained about the evaluation r from the IEE representative and was referred to a website and some organization that doesn't seem legitimate. The reason for questioning their validity is following: evaluator reasoning and facts are not backed up by the website or the organization in question . 3. I requested an itemized bill because I don't know what service did I pay for. At the end it looks that the organization took foods but acknowledged in the letter that the evaluation is not completed due to a of original documents. So, why would a legitimate business collect the payment knowing that they won't be able to provide service they offer? I believe that I will pursue this issue on the higher level because I'm really disappointed with the service revived from International Education Evaluations.
